    A little difficult to get used to the curve. Seems to get more reflection from behind. That said it went blank after 4 days and returned it- no picture. Got a 65" flat screen instead- samsung6300 series. Guess I am used to the flat screen and like it better

    it died in 13 months

    Just made it past the 1yr mark and it died on the 13th month. Out of warranty. HDMI ports went first and then 1/2 screen. Suggest getting a extended warranty on these smart tvs as they don't seem to last as long as they used to.

    I own a Samsung curved screen 3D TV and one of their curved monitors. I was expecting another great product Picture quality is OK but not exceptional. Smart hub is cumbersome and difficult to use. The response time is painfully slow. Only three HDMI slots and the set does not work with HDMI switch so I cannot add all of my game systems, etc.

    This is an ok tv. It was on sale and we needed one pretty quick so no time to do research. If I had to do it over again, I would probably look into it more before I purchased this tv

    I gave it two stars for easy set up and look of the set. Unfortunately the picture quality even with a great HD cable is mediocre at best. I must say best buy used to have a great return policy. I tried to return it 2 days after return date and had the manager from h$$$, that refused to allow me to return. Do to my treatment that day I will never return to best buy and got my protection plan money back.

    Tv is ok. Not the easiest to figure out. It took me two days to figure out how to change the input. Picture doesn't fill the screen so it's like I have a smaller tv.

    Good picture, but have went through two bad screens in two mo the. Took back and went Sony. Much happier.

    Once I got the tv on the wall, I assumed the quality would be amazingly sharp, but it was not. It is average to be a 4k tv.

    I decided to buy the curved screen because it was the latest thing. At home I discovered the curved screen actually focuses and intensifies any lighting in the viewing area. If you moved your location the reflected light would appear to move with you. This TV will only work in a totally dark environment. I returned this TV and exchanged for the same one with the flat screen.

    Not a true android tv can't use all the things for it including the play store nore can it be side loaded

    I went in to the local best buy and wanted to purchase a TV right after the holidays. I was searching for just Samsung TVs, and was shown a specific Samsung Television (8000 series). After debating the purchase, I decided that I was going to go ahead and just buy it that night. Employee took the tags, directly next to the TV that I selected and put it through the computer and made my order through the online portal. Cool, perfect I was happy at that point. Excited for my TV, a few days later I oicked it up at the store and got it home. After opening the box and getting everything mostly put together I found that it was not the 8000 series, but the 6000 series. So with that being said, I checked the reciept and the employee messed up the order, ordering me a different TV that was shown to me. After spending nearly $2000 that trip on this TV and a laptop (that also didnt even work, and had to take that back too).... Best Buy has definitely lost my business
