I bought this Tv in a bundle with the xbox one and i love it! I gave it as a gift and i decided to buy one for myself. Curved Samsung that is 4k and at a good price.

I bought this television about a week ago. Here is what I have found. #1 - Picture quality is great, specifically when viewing true 4K UHD content (like Netflix). What a lot of low-star reviewers of this TV do not realize is that 4K content is hard to come by with cable and satellite providers. I have Comcast (no direct 4K content is available). But, when streaming 4K through the Netflix app, you can truly experience 4K. My suggestion, do not use the pre-set settings. Mess around with picture settings until you find what looks right to you. This is a 4K tv. Will you see any 4K TV broadcasts? Probably not. You will in the future, but not yet. #2 - The features on the TV are fantastic. Many Samsung apps to use. #3- Sound is okay. Not great. Not awful. My suggestion, buy a Samsung Soundbar and use it through Soundconnect (Wireless to your TV). Its worth the money, especially because you can use bluetooth and other devices with the bar. I went with the curve because it was the same price as the non-curve. Probably not worth the extra money when they aren't the same price. Nice but not necessary. Personally, I think it just looks cooler to everyone who sees it but adds nothing (nor takes away) from the picture. Another suggestion, add bias lighting to the back. Can find easily on Amazon. Works to enhance picture quality with less strain on your eyes. Well worth the $20-$30 when you mount your TV. Finally, don't waste your money on a so-called 4K HDMI cable. You do not need it. Its a gimmick to make you pay more. A standard HMDI cable is sufficient for 4K viewing.

The picture on this tv is very impressive. I also bought a HW-K450 sound bar and the sound ranks up there with the picture. The easy setup, curved screen, available settings the ability to operate the volume and on/off with my Dish remote easily makes this the best Home Theater setup I have ever owned. Also bought on sale at Best Buy. What a deal.

Cool, curved picture, incredible sound! Can't believe all that sound comes from the 2 little on board speakers. The menu is friendly and I like that it still has a tuner. The only thing I can even be a little bit critical about is the "blur motion" or "refresh rate." You can see some distortion if you look very hard during fast motion scenes. Better than most, not as good as the 60" Vizio.

Great TV, w/a good picture and sound. I have a relative who purchased the same TV set earlier this year, when it was over $1000, from BB. I had watched it a few times, and was impressed w/it. They have had no complaints, nor issues, w/the TV up to this point in time. When it was time for me to purchase a new TV, I saw it at BB, on sale for $799, and so purchased it. There will always be a better product, w/the newest of features, for more money of course, so you have to draw the line when it comes to the best bang for the buck. - The only issue that I can say that I don't like about the set, is it's flimsy stand, but it should be OK.

Price is amazing, lets not forget about the quality of the Tv. Easy to install, no trouble at all. Its a must for those looking for a great and affordable 4K UHD Tv.

3 months in & I'm already annoyed. The picture is nice but there are some things that bug me. The Guide feature doesn't work with Time Warner Cable On occasion there are ads in the lower left hand corner of the home menu, which is TOTALLY NOT COOL. Who spends so much $ to be forced to look at ads? Total BS. Less than a month a after I got it I had problems with the remote not turning the TV on, I had to call service, they made me troubleshoot & call them back before they would send a replacement (total waste of time ESPECIALLY for a brand new product). The TV menus tend to lag w/o cause & It's super annoying. Besides these issues the picture & sound quality as as expected for this price point.But overall not that impressed :(

My husband was looking to purchase a larger TV for the "man cave". After looking online and in the Best Buy flyer, we proceeding out to the store to look at them in person. After much discussion, my husband settled on the Samsung Curve 55" 4K. Smart TV He is very pleased with his selection. The TV is very light weight, the picture is remarkable . We have always been happy with Samsung TV's as we have had several of them through the years with no issues. My husband will be happy watching the upcoming football season in his "man cave" on his new larger TV......

It took me since 2011 to give in and buy a new big screen tv. I am very happy with this option and the price for what you get is AWESOME! The only con is you may need to upgrade your surround sound. Our Sony Surround Sound is maybe 5 years old but when we hooked it up no audio comes out. We went thru all the settings and contacted Samsung. They said if it isn't a newer audio or Bluetooth than we need a new one.

Picture is very good, but with 90% of the cable TV programs not being in high definition its difficult to provide excellent quality pictures for that type of material. HD programs however have excellent quality pictures on this TV. The remote works great but quite flimsy, cover constantly fall off. I have hearing difficulty and normally use ear phones to watch TV but with no audio out for this device I have difficulty hearing, my older TV did provide an output???? this especially a problem when watching Netflex programs. Otherwise I like the TV!!!!

It was a bargain and I was afraid I would "get what I paid for" but I am really enjoying this TV. The picture quality is great, the sound is better than other sets I've had and the user experience of the built-in menus and apps has been surprisingly good. It even allows me to ditch my cable remote and just use the remote that came with the TV to control the cable box. Hands down the best TV I've owned.

I'm currently in the process of deciding whether or not to take it back . The picture is absolutely not even remotely close to the way it looks in the store. I've played on my Blu-ray player and Ive run it through my Comcast HD DVR brand-new box . Granted these are not ultra high definition but they are 1080 and I have to say The picture is still jittery shaky not crisp and the black level is not very impressive . I tried adjusting the picture and I'm just not very satisfied. I realize this is not a high-end TV but my five-year-old Vizio looks better in almost every format .

Just got it yesterday. Plugged in my Xbox One last night to try out Blu-Rays and games on it. Let me tell you what..it's a whole new experience. This TV has lifelike picture quality. It's like having all new games and movies with this amount of detail. The remote has a great design while being simple and easy to use. The full screen can be seen from a near 90 degree angle due to the curve. Easy to assemble as well. Extremely satisfied so far.

Watching movies and shoes on this TV is absolutely stunning. I also snagged the Samsung soundbar such a great combo. Once you get this TV you'll never want to watch anything unless it's 4k. Upgrading all tvs very soon.

I was drawn to this TV every time I went into Best Buy. I don't really even watch much TV but this one was so mesmerizing I had to have it! I love it and so do my kids. Watching a flat screen seems weird now. The only flaw was that the power board went out. I called Samsung and they replaced the board for free within a few days!

Great tv for the price. I had to go online and get a tutorial on setting up my picture to get the best view. Stock quality was a little bright. So far I love everything about this tv.

Tv has a nice picture and has hdr only on netflix Problen cannot ajust the picture and tv has basic sound I paid 649.99 so i am happy withe purchase

The Samsung 55" Class LED Curved 2160p Smart 4K Ultra HD TV has a great picture, and is easy to set up and use. Really like all the smart tv functions. The new smaller remote is very nice, it fits good in your hand, and controls all your inputs. Sound is pretty good, a curved sound bar would be a nice addition. For this sale price, you can't beat this picture, and features. Best Buy "Christmas in July" !!!

Great TV! I’ve owned it almost 6 years now! Still going strong.

Bought it for my mother-in-law. Replaced an older Pioneer Plasma TV. No comparison! Great picture and good color!
