This television gives a stunning picture! I say it is the best tv yet for it's size!

I got my new 55in curved for Christmas.....wow but the customer service at Samsung is actually WORSE than Comcast I have made multiple calls and after 3 weeks STILL do not have a solution. The Bluetooth on the TV stopped working for some reason. I have tried everything. If someone out there knows anything I would love the help. other then that.....the Samsung 55in Curved TV is awesome

Tv has a great picture. Awesome features plus works great with the Samsung sound bar. Must get the keyboard, bought the Samsung VG-KBD25001 this actually works with the new 2016 model.. Easy set up! Even though it says 2014 & 2015 only to type via web etc...

The sales guy sold me on the excellent picture in the store. Increasing the resolution from 1080 to 2160 looked amazing. I was told that larger cable providers, like dishTV, charge a small fee to provide the 4K signal. I bought the set thinking I would pay a small fee but get an amazing picture. Xfinity/Comcast informed me in two separate communications that 2160 and 4K are NOT available to Xfinity customers. I have the latest and greatest X1 box and still ONLY 1080dpi is available. The two service reps. told me MAYBE the high def will be out by the end of 2016. I would expect that the sales staff at a electronics outlet would know what providers have the HD service available. I mentioned having Comcast, but he kept showing me how good the picture will be with 4K. I almost feel I was mislead by the sales person. I would not have purchased this TV if I knew I could not use the very feature I was most looking forward to seeing. I will likely be going back as it was a waste of money to buy a product that has features that are not supported by the largest cable provider in the area.

Only had the TV for a couple of weeks, and I am very impressed with the quality of the picture. The TV was easy to set up.. It Only took 5 minutes. I had no problem adding my home entertaining system. The TV added a whole new dimension to my PlayStation 4 System. My wife loves it!!

the image quality is outstanding! This has been the best purchase I've made this year! And it has so many features too. I couldn't be happier!

Could be better. I just got the set and haven't figured out yet how to turn off the auto dimming feature. I should probably read the manual :-P overall it's a good set but compared to the newer versions, it is sub par. Wife would only allow me to spend 1K so I was stuck with this one.

Love the curve tv. The picture looks great and the smart remote works with the AT&T box. The 4K programing on Netflix looks great.

I love the Samsung curved 55inch tv. Great picture quality.

Good low price, and games, and shows..............

If you don't have a high VESA wall mount and small children I do not recommend getting this TV as it's screen will shatter VERY easily if anything hits it literally anything it's totally made of eggshells. My 2 1/2 year daughter had a small plastic McDonalds ball pit ball that bounced off the wall and hit the screen and instantly shattered it. Keep in mind this is a small child and object was not directly thrown at the screen or hard yet it totally destroyed the TV upon impact this seems like a design flaw. The bad thing is too that if you ever damage this screen it will cost more than the TV is physically worth to replace. I got this TV when it was brand new on the market and very highly priced but in 1/100th of a second it was totally destroyed by my daughter/ Samsung needs to look into product design to make this screen tougher because any pressure even less than 6 ounces of pressure WILL BREAK THE SCREEN WITH NO EFFORT INVOLVED.

I bought this TV, a different model number but same TV on 11.27.14. I bought the extended warranty also, it expired on 12.27.16. The TV now has a black shadow over the top quarter of it that takes anywhere from 15 min to 2 hours to go away. The service people looked at it and said it would cost more to replace than to repair. I called Samsung and they agree that it should not have issues this soon but refuse to stand behind their product, they did tell me they could set me up with a repair service but I would have to pay for it. The TV itself while it worked was very nice but since I have other TV's that have lasted 10+ years, it is not worth the hassle Samsung has given me. I will never buy another Samsung TV again, they do not stand behind their products.

Great picture, but after a month it just stopped connecting to the internet. I can still get the internet on the Blue Ray player sitting underneath the TV, but the TV doesn't connect no matter what I do. Plus, I have to re-enter passwords every time I go to the settings. The TV shows it is getting a great signal, but says not connected. I did an online support chat, and they told me to do the menu/123>>network>>network test. Huh? I asked for more info, they said "press the menu button on the remote" and there is no menu button on the remote that came with the TV. Swell. Samsung.

For people who don't mount to the wall the stand that comes with this is absolute garbage. Tv wiggles on it and can easily fall over. Also the plastic trim on the sides and back was poorly produced as there were pieces of trim/plastic you could pull off.

After 5 months of use I got a black line dead center at the top of tv that runs 6 inches down into picture 1/16 wide. Total time on phone so far with Samsung about 3 hrs just to set up a service call. Took the day off to wait for service tech but no one came. Called tech and they said they had no order for the service. Called Samsung (another 45 min on phone) back and was told I was out of service area. Would of been nice to at least gotten an email of call stating that. Was told they would supplement me some how. STILL WAITING!!! Because it has to go into some kind of review?

Bought this September 2016. July 2019, it does not turn on properly. Can't turn on normally from the remote. the TV will come on if I use the home theater remotes. Once it's on, it stays at computer screen. Since the cannot bring up menu using the home bottom from the remote, I can't switch the source. Try to unpair and re-pair the remote back in, try power cycle, went thru the troubleshooting step with Samsung support. I was told that the hardware in the TV went bad, RF transmitter module. I was told Samsung can just schedule the 3rd party service tech, but I will have to pay for it. I'm upset because $900 TV should not go bad with it 2 years or even 5 years. I have Sony 4K in my bedroom, which I use it every night. It's been good for 4 years so far. I have Sony LCD in my office, which is used daily either. It's been good for 8 years now.

Picture quality not expected of a Samsung but the design is awesome
