Love the TV, picture is beautiful. Remote is not user friendly.

So I will start this by saying this is my first 4k TV. With that said, it's amazing. The clarity, the curved screen, everything. It even has a voice remote.... VOICE REMOTE!!!!!

We exchanged our 50 inch screen for a Samsung 55 curved screen 3 months ago. Last week it started with Vertical lines. They take up 1/4 of the screen. I have checked everything and don't know why it happened. Screen tutorials do nothing. I need to call the Geek Squad but must do this after the holiday. It is still under warranty. Very disappointed. I miss the old days when things could be repaired. Now everything must be replaced. You have to schedule an appointment, wait on the response, then you have to go down and pick out a new model if it can't be fixed. Then you need to wait on delivery. Just takes a lot of time. While I think Samsung is a good product, our previous 50 inch stopped working after 2 years and this 55 inch developed vertical lines after 3 months. Maybe we just have bad luck with TVs. Although I still have a Panasonic TV going on 19 years. It can't handle cable anymore but still can play videos fine. Yes videos.

This TV has a great picture. Remote you have to learn to use but other than that it is great.

I needed to upgrade it to a lighter weight television and this was an exceptional buy. The smart TV features are smooth and easy well the picture quality is excellent.

Excellent customer service at my local Best Buy helped me decide to purchase the Samsung Curved Ultra HD Tv. I am extremely happy with the sound and picture quality.

Mounted it on a wall with full motion capability.,wanted the curve tv so i could move the tv to different angles.,no problem with the view even when not centered.

I have been buying Samsung Tv for years and they have never let me down. Best Picture, easy set up works with other components. Always a good buy.

Love how I can sit anywhere in my living room and get a great view of my shows. It's easy to navigate from t.v. to pandora/Netflix with just a press of a button.

Very easy to navigate through apps, excellent product. My mom really loves it since she can watch shows/songs/clips from her country via youtube and other apps.

TV was easy to set-up. Love the voice commands on the remote. I even watched a live stream on it and it was easy to use. Great color and picture.

Wow! This Flat screen TV 55" is still excellent in viewing almost 2 years now and still going excellent! Wow!

Totally worth the value and it is beautiful with an amazing picture! If your price range was $600-$1200 I would pay 800 for this television again.
