I PURCHASED THIS TV ON JULY 4TH, 2017 AND AS OF SEPTEMBER 16TH 2017 MY TV SCREEN STARTED TO DISPLAY A BLACK SPOT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN. I CALLED THE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND THEY DENIED HELPING ME WITH REPAIRS. THEY STATED IT IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER NOTHING OR NO ONE TOUCHED MY TV, NOTHING ! NOT ANYONE !!. I CAME HOME FROM WORK THAT SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 16TH, 2017 AND UPON TURNING MY TV ON, I NOTICED THAT BLACK SPOT ONT MY SCREEN. I JUST MADE 2 PAYMENTS ON THIS TV AND NOW IT'S JUST SITTING AT MY HOME BRAND NEW AND NOT ABLE TO WATCH IT. BEST BUY REFERRED ME TO SAMSUNG, AND AFTER 2 WEEKS OF CONTACTING EVERY POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, AND SUPERVISOR EVEN THE PRESIDENT OF SAMSUNG, I WAS GIVEN THE COLD SHOULDER. NO HELP. NOT EVEN A SMALL GESTURE OF SUPPORT. NOTHING !!! IT IS VERY DISCOURAGING THAT NOT EVEN MY FAVORITE STORE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH EVEN A SMALL PORTION OF REPAIR ASSISTANCE. NOTHING. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A TV, A BRAND, AND MY FAVORITE STORE WHO I THOUGHT WOULD HELP ME AT LEAST A LITTLE, BUT NOTHING. NO ASSISTANCE WHAT SO EVER.

It is great quality, I am biased to preferring Samsung over other TV makers. the image is great and I love the appeal of the curved TV. It was a great buy!

I am really happy with it and love that I can connect to my computer to view files. Being able to talk into the remote is pretty cool too it just doesnt work with all the apps on the tv
