Never got to use it but still have to pay for it!!

Was never told not to grab or punch screen. It was my first 4k ultra TV, didn't know it was that easy to damage the screen. If I was told I would have never took it out. When I got it home the screen was all creaked. Took it back the next day, Management said there was nothing he could do (or would do). Was not a happy camper. They need better communication or better employees. Thanks A lot Best Buy

Good enough to Curve away from

I didn't want to bring it back, but I am so disappointed with this TV I hardly even watched. People have told me LG was better than Samsung and I am starting to see why. not sure if it's something missing or not, but the whole 4K experience is so overrated. pass on this TV, and if you can go to LG or even VIZIO for a much cheaper price by all means.

The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.

Only had it for a month

Annoying

It takes for ever for the thing to "recognize my device". I usually have to turn it off then back on for it to work. It should just work. Its possible you made it too much of a smart tv.

Screen is crack in the box

And because I didn't open the box within 2 weeks there is nothing they can do. I bought this TV on black Friday for the guess room but didn't open the box until New year day and find out the screen was crack.

Just the best.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my first TV in over 25 years that was not a Sony. I wanted to move up to 4K from the led I had. After doing a lot of comparisons I choose this Samsung. The curve just looks cool to start with but because of the curve the space where it goes, a 49" flat screen was my max, but with the curve a 55" looks and fits very nice. The picture quality is beyond belief, nice sound for a TV. My Direct TV remote paired with no problem, the little remote it comes with is easy to use as well. My only disappointment was Hulu Live TV is not supported by Samsung TVs yet, I do hope they fix that soon as I would like to move to Hulu Live and cut Direct Tv to lower my bill, other than that I am beyond happy with this new set. Looks like this may be my new favorite brand TV.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I came across the Samsung 55' MU6500 when searching through the memorial day sale add online and I am so glad i did. Now rewind about a month. I had bought another 55' 4k UHD brand roku tv from another store and was very disappointed and returned it as soon as this one came. The picture is amazing, the sound is solid and for $585 bucks after tax and delivery it was a steal. The shipping was quick and absolutely would recommend this tv to a friend and have done so.

Very Poor performance and Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this 55" UN55MU6500F Samsung curved TV with lot of expectations around June 2017 from Monmouth Junction store and paid a discounted price of around 750.00. Never had any issues however, last December (2018) it stopped working with the power button flashing red. I called the customer support and they said that it was out of product warranty so now they can provide me a number where a third party service technician will pay a visit and run some test and then will let me know what needs to be changed. I called Best Buy and since I did not buy the Service contract so they could not help either but said that it sounds like some board need to be changed which would cost around 400 and maybe labor of another 300. He agreed that I could actually get a better new TV and much less cost now. I disconnected the TV and after few weeks I turned it on and it started working again, since then it works for a night after couple of weeks of staying offline. I am confused at the moodiness of this TV set.

Poor product--Excellent service

Picture, especially night scenes) very dark. Worked with Samsung techs by phone to reset the software and then on screen adjustments. Still too dark. Samsung sent a tech to my house March 19 who said that the picture I had was the best I could get with this tv. I really appreciate the service and honesty. I will move this Samsung to guest bedroom and bring back my 10 year old LG that has a better picture.

Worst TV experience ever, Bad Customer Support

After screen replacement, within few month again got same situation. Same happened to one my close friend as well. Looks like this product is very DEFECTIVE that is why Samsung is trying to sell on discounted price. My recommendation- Avoid this product. And even after having such a pathetic customer support, i would suggest AVOID SAMSUNG TV's. I BestBuy should have allowed negative star rating.
