I really like the tv however when things are moving fast the picture gets distorted more than I expected considering I have 2 other TVs the same size and older and they do not do that . That's the only downfall other than that I love it .

As always, stuck to my Samsung and wasn’t disappointed at all less every now and then my sounds good out. After I unplug and then back on, no issue. Other than that was pleased with how it connected with my Samsung app as well which allows me to remote from phone! Once again, great job Samsung!

Purchased this TV to replace the one we had. I am disappointed with the GEEK squad....I wasn't told to get the Samsung mounting bracket to attach to my stand.... not happy that I paid for nothing... Other than that I love the TV.

We have always had Samsung TV's and ours went out after 8 years. The picture just went away. We could still hear the volume but had no picture. This is an ok tv. I didn't like the set up as it took a while to figure out how to configure the picture to fit the screen. But for $329 it is a great value.

Nice TV, Very good resolution, good price from Best Buy and looks great on the wall. I have nothing negative to say about the product, we have 5 Samsung TVs in our house hold and all of them have been very good TVs, no issues with any of them.

Bought this on sale to replace a 55" 7 series. I already have a 50" 6 series that I was happy with. I don't see a difference in picture quality or performance compared to the previous 7 series. Full disclosure, It is a direct connection to cable, not using wifi, and it's not used for gaming.

We've had this TV for a little over a month now and we love it! We purchased this TV for our bedroom. It is was a great bargain for its size and has more features than we need. The picture is great for its intended purpose. We have no complaints.

The products themselves are excellent, the third party scheduler not so much. Had to reschedule at least 4 times. Did not have work complete for my out of town family. Very inconsiderate.

So hey everyone I am a pretty nice guy so I'll overlook some minor flaws if basic expectations are met. I'm sorry but for a Samsung this TV doesn't even come close to meeting those basics . Good features but no way to uses them properly . Dont let all the bells and whistles fool you I found out by this TV being edge lit instead of direct lit all it's HDR amounts to a hill of beans! You see I had a Toshiba 65 inch that didn't have true HDR but at least I could see the characters in the movies without them coming out all muddy looking. If you get this tv and you're not in a dark room everything will look off balance. Even after I professionally calibrated it using experts specs this TV won't get any brighter but will actually get worse after calibration with off yell pictures. My TCL was definitely built to break after about a year but at least it was able to give me fun while it lasted. On the tcl after calibration just looking at nature shows like planet earth was a blessing the red on the crabs popped, the blues were vivid. It didnt have the motion blur so it didn't seem as 3D but it definitely still looked crisp. Gaming also was great I was playing nathan Drake collection, street fighter anniversary etc..the screen looked like an HD arcade screen. So I can't understand why Samsung a company who made q-led TV's and used to build higher quality TVs is putting out this crap that was not even close to the TCL. My old Samsung I've had since either high school or junior high, it's a 1080 p and still plays my PS4 with vivid color no problem what happened to you Samsung? Smh... Don't buy this piece of crap you're better off saving for a higher price model or another brand all together. It seems Samsung has decided it's ok to make up pay more money for the basics in higher priced models that we should be getting in every models. I don't care how beautiful a bun looks with no hamburger meat! By the way they also have zero tech support at Samsung even if you just bought it, and best buy can't calibrate the unfixable stay away from this model! Y'all be blessed now say this blessing Jesus is Lord and I have the victory ok peace...

Great TV but spent a while figuring out why the picture was so jumpy - they really should be more descriptive about the motion technology and how it impacts lower quality movies/shows that were not made specifically for 4k

I love the tv very sleek, got it for a great price in Black Friday, the inky thing is i find the tv to be a little dark at times.. I tried adjusting the color and black light and everything but nothing really improved the brightness. Am I missing something? Other than that it’s a food tv

Great budget friendly LED TV. I have a digital Antenna for local broadcast, a Firestick and a DVD player in the 2 HDMI ports. Nice and crisp display, onscreen menu easy to navigate and understand. Winner!

Great tv for my bedroom and it’s actually bigger than I thought thank you Best Buy for your great customer service. I highly appreciate it and recommend anyone if they are interested in anything to shop with Best Buy.

Iam pleases with the TV. The only drawback is that the TV comes pre peprogrammwed with frame interprolation, which gives movies a sped up feel. A quick Google search and I was able to find instructions to turn that feature of.

For a cheap entry level TV, this works great. I am using it for meetings and presentations as opposed to watching movies or gaming. I have been very happy with it though, it starts quickly and menu works great.

This Samsung tv is a great value at the price it was offered at. For three hundred and fifty dollars, you will not find a better tv. Sorry about spelling things out, but the review required a minimum number of words which I believe was met by this unnecessarily long paragraph.

We wanted a tv for our lanai but didn’t need as many bells and whistles as other indoor tvs. Also, Samsung works with Comcast app, So that was a must since we don’t have a box outside. This tv is perfect for our needs!

The picture and apps on this television are awesome. However the sound is not so good. I have children and they are make noise sometimes while I’m trying to watch television. The volume doesn’t go up high enough.

For the amount of money you pay for this TV, great value for what it is. I always believe in when it comes to this type of thing you get what you pay for. and in this case I got the TV on sale and I think the MSRP price reflects on what you get great TV for the value

Always decide to stick to Samsung and happy I do cause it’s best decision made, only reason I give it 4 stars is because i found it weird twice that it went mute with no sound had to turn tv off for couple seconds and turn back on where it then went back to normal .
