TV feels hot after using it a few hours, Especially since the kids are out for the summer, the TV maybe asking for a break. Other than the heat from the TV. Samsung has the best TV's on the market.

Chose the wall mount that swings left or right and up and down, also pulls away from the wall. The TV sits above our cabinet and the sound comes out of the bottom of the TV so now doesn't get muffled by the cabinet

I bought this for my brother in Little Rock, The first one went bad after 2nd day. He returned and received a new one and is very happy but wished it was larger so he put it in the bedroom and bought a 65 inch for the man cave.

Originally purchased for my home gym and later replaced with the 65' version. Good tv(not great) for what it's being used for, which is a now a guest room tv. Great app store for all your streaming needs.

I was exceedingly satisfied when I made my recent purchase(55 inch Samsung UHD 4K TV). The price was great and customer service was great also. I look forward to shopping at Best Buy again.

We absolutely love our new TV! The smart tv component is not as easy to navigate as roku or apple tv but once you get a hang of it works great. We like as well the live samsung tv it has on it..

Subject line says it all. Great tv for bedroom with great picture with custom calibration. As with other low price point Samsung units connectivity is poor and requires constant recalibration of network settings

Once we figured out how to connect the TV to the home wireless it has worked perfectly. I was not able to connect via my Samsung phone for some reason. Went through the manual steps and it picked it right up.

This is a great tv. It is 4k with HDR, but I find it lacking in features. There is no way to connect your phone to the TV without having to use a Samsung phone. The thing I hate the most is the apps menu that for some reason has to be shown every fricking time.

I use this for my personal use. Being xbox one playing games, Netflix to watch tv and everything is good on it, no motion blur, no button delay and everything seems really good overall, I’m happy with my purchase

Great TV at a Great value....only draw back is that is if you watch TV in a room with a lot of natural sunlight it makes really hard to watch shows that have dark backgrounds. Regular lights are fine.

Wish this review was about the pitiful service I didn’t get at the store. Get there when they opened, had to put two TVs ona cart by myself because not one worked that passed offered to help. Disgusting.

I purchased this TV on November 26, 2019 for my elderly farther and had it set up on November 30, 2019. I purchased a 2 year plan for service for the TV. This Samsung was recommended by a friend. The TV stopped working in April 2022 with no recourse of getting it replaced or repaired according to the Geek Squad in Savannah, Ga. I was offered help to choose another at my expense. I can’t believe I couldn’t get some assistance for a TV that’s not even 3 years old after all the business I given Best Buy over the years! You’re losing a good customer!

I used LG TV before.. which screen black out after 1 year and 2 weeks. That had issue with mirroring either. But this one has no issue at all.. Only problem is when PS4 is connected, sometimes when you turn of TV, it turns on PS4 too somehow.

The door to door delivery was excellent with proper coordination. The item was easy to install and user-friendly set up. The performance is as expected. Reasonable price and excellent performance.

Sometimes the tv doesn't recognize any wifi connections and I have to reset the tv for it to work again. Kinda irritating but the quality of the screen is great. The tv also is slow when you’re using the remote, my roku tv is faster but thats just me being picky.

I needed something to supplement my iPhoneX when traveling, and while I am now just starting to travel again, this is a wonderful complement to my iPhone, and exactly what I was looking for.

If your tv is hooked up to a cable use the power button on the Samsung remote to turn the tv on. If you use the cable box power remote the next time you turn it on there will be no sound. Other than that no issues with the tv.

This tv has a bright screen for a edge lit screen. Built in tuner works very well. Have not seen a 4K HDR show yet to see how well the upscaling works. Great sale price at Best Buy. Over all a great TV.

I like this TV a lot! Only downside is that it seems to be a tad slow on the remote response. Other than that, great TV
