For a first time user I'm not very impressed, the apps crash sometimes but I assume that's normal with smart TV. I don't regret the purchase, however, wish that I would have done more research.

To mount to the wall it was a bit complicated since we had to make multiple trips to hardware store for screws I. Order to have it securely mounted to the wall.

Had a lot of recommendations for it, but I think I should have went with a different Samsung tv. It gets glitchy and freezes a little. The remote wont work sometimes.

Other TVs seem to be over bright and skin tones orange or reddish. Samsung has real color.

I don't have it in some of my apps that are loaded and that has been very frustrating.

The screen quality is nice, and the Samsung interface is not difficult to use. I didn't like the stand, but it is feasible for use. I'd suggest measuring your TV stand before purchasing.

I’d have to turn the tv off and wait about a minute and turn the tv back on for the volume to work!

Could have just been a defective tv as my TCL I bought the same day was up and running on every app in 20 minutes with the same hotspot afterwards. All that being said the demo video pre downloaded on the tv was fantastic, really bright and super crisp. I returned this tv and went to a 65” TCL for almost the same money and have not looked back.

Love how it links right to the Samsung phone and the way you can mirror the innate in the big screen.
