Got this Tv for my mom because the previous TV she had last her more than 15 years and it was also purchased at bestbuy. If I need any electronic I go to bestbuy.

the purchase was a Christmas gift for a family member. He loves it. I also set up mounting bracket for TV and the service person was great. The experience was great!

Got this one to upgrade my LED. With everything being about smart TVs nowadays and streaming services, this one was a great buy and good price. Get you a sturdy mount tho. Pretty heavy.

Derrick installed my equipment and came back twice for minor issues and made everything right. So polite and helpful, despite dealing with a senior citizen that don't always "get it"!

Basic and very affordable smart TV. Has just the basic optical and HDMI connections. Can be used with Ethernet or WI FI and has great picture. Easy learn without manual.

I bought this TV 3 weeks ago and playing a PS4 Pro on it is so amazing I lost for words. Only thing that I I didn’t like was that it didn’t have any screws to put it on the included stand.

I bought a 55" flat screen and you all delivered it to my house. I think it is absurd you only drop it off outside now. I know, blah blah blah about this phony virus with it's 99.98% survival rate. Stop playing stupid games.

Great 55" for my personal training studio. HDR etc. , The black and whites are great which Samsung is noted for. 120 motion which is good for sports which is mostly watched when we train.

I know quite a bit of all genres of TV's. Smart unit lets me tweak it and then some. I can say really well the colors are super intense and mercy others should look to it too.

Done so much business with Bestbuy lately and this is my latest addition. I will love to see how this handles over time but I am positive it will give me the best.

I ordered this TV for my son for his b-day and he absolutely love this smart tv. It looks great and the size is perfect. Bestbuy deliver it to my sons house for free.

I have a Lg tv i bought back in 2012 and decided to buy a 4k tv and happy I did the speakers were also enjoyable and sometime do not need to use my soundbar for movies, games tv etc..

Great TV for the price ! We bought 2 of them! One for my sons room and one for my bedroom because my husband wanted a “smart” TV . Very happy with the purchase !

I bought this tv for my mom and she loves it. It's bright, has tons of apps you can download, and basically once you sign into your various streaming apps, you are good to go

I like the TV very much. The young man that came to install it was very professional, very personable and got everything up and running like he could do it in his sleep!

TV is ok, good size and quality, but I am having issues with WiFi, works very bad :( it takes a long time to connect or I have to restart my modem, never had this issue with my old tv

Samsung provide some of the best deals for TVs. The only thing I have hoped was for them to upgrade their speakers. All there TVs tend to have the same low quality speakers where they are not that loud. Otherwise the tv is great.
