My old TV blew up and since we were in a lockdown what to do. I opened the Bestbuy app the TV I wanted was on sale free delivery. What could be better. Very satisfied!!!!!

Fits perfectly in our bedroom and looks very elegant all around. Nice quality video coming out, true 4K if you have 4K signal from your provider or from a UHD player like I have.

Bought this as a gift. They seem to be happy with it. Samsung TVs are usually pretty nice. So. I don't see why this would not be. Easy Purchase. Best Buy you rock!

The tv has a very small edge which is nice. It is very bright and can be adjusted to whatever brightness you need. The black isnt all that black which kind of take away the contrast.

I bought two TVs, less than a week one went south, ended up with a black screen, but BEST BUY stood by there product and replaced immediately, even during this COVID-19 .

I have two TVs. My first one is a Sony Bravia and I bought this one as our second. I prefer this Samsung to my Sony. Skip the expensive Sony and get this one instead.

Had a few problems with set up and the financial aspect of the transaction. But it was cleared up and the manager was especially nice assisting me with these problems. Overall, good service. I will go back for other items.

The wife isn't as big of a fan of my home theater as I am so I bought her her own Samsung to chill in the living room to watch her TV shows. She's happy now. :)

This TV has a known issue where the picture will suddenly fail to appear. The backlight on the TV will be visible in a dark room indicating that the TV is “on”, but the screen will otherwise be dark and the set will be useless. I was on the phone with Samsung customer service and the agent confirmed that this is a known problem. Besides that, there’s no voice control on the remote and the picture quality is meh. I was walking through another store the other day and saw a 65” for $300 and could’ve kicked myself for choosing this inferior Samsung over a less expensive—and bigger—brand.

Honestly at first I wasn’t too sure about purchasing this tv, but It has been working amazing for us ! Never had any issues with it and I don’t regret buying this tv.

This TV has been great so far, had no problems setting it up on my own and getting started. From then I’ve had no issues and the display and sound are absolutely phenomenal.

I went in looking for a tv that I saw on the weekly circular which was more money,and I saw this one and the price was great so I bought it and the picture quality is not bad for the price.

The tv looks great and had a great price, but the service was horrible. The "geek squad" personnel did call before he arrived and it took much longer than I was informed.

So far so good. Bought this as a gift for one of our kiddos as a Christmas gift last year. She enjoys the TV very much. We have not had any problems with this product. We have had it for a year now.

Bought the TV for my mom. I had broke hers some years back and was determined to replace it. It's an excellent television and would highly recommend!

First time having a smart tv. It's working great so far. I've always liked Samsung tv's and have never had any issues. Let's hope this one is like the past ones I've had.

This TV has been awesome so far. No problems and everything works as it should straight out of the box. A great deal on a brand that's more trustworthy than most.

Found this little beauty on sale, bought it for my Mother and she just loves it. Always bought Samsung products and as usual Samsung comes through with great products.
