Only issue i've had is every once in a while the picture turns pinkish. At that point, I turn the TV off and back on and it's back to normal

It’s not really easy to switch back to just the smart tv, with a little patience, it works. At least the one time I’ve tried it.

Geek Squad was out several times and our cable provider, Comcast, was here several times. TV was adjusted and a new cable box was installed. Still having the sound go up and down when channels are changed or when screen comes back after commercials. I guess we bought a lemon, not satisfied. Sometimes we have to put it up to 70 to even hear it. WE called all the necessary people, and yet the problem still exists.
