Still getting used to the new tv. Glad I decided to get a Samsung. I had a Samsung for 10 years. Went and got an LG. It broke after 2 years. Not happy about that. Hoping to have this one for many years to come.

I didn't expect a lot of HDMI ports for this TV since it is already a 4k 55" smart tv made by a top branded company at a fairly low price point, but I was surprised when I discovered that it had no AV ports for DVD players and the legacy game systems, etc. Overall a decent buy, but be sure that two HDMI ports (and no AV) will be enough for you.

Sound will sometimes not work when first turned on with Cox. Picture glitch that turned out to be a known technical issue that is being fixed for free. Hassle of having to be home for technician though.

The tv is great. No problems with setup. Speakers are plenty loud in my living room, can listen at 20% most of the time. Would definitely purchase again.

I'm sure it will perform well! I'm renovating my currently renovating my home; so flat screen is not yet installed. Hopefully, it will be in about a month. Thanks.

Great purchase! I did experience issues with WiFi connectivity within the the first few months but that fax stopped. Perfect for a bedroom

New one works good for now. Last one lasted about a year and a half before the screen started pixelating black down the middle. We'll see how this one does.

The remote stopped working as I could not get to use the navigation button to move up and down. I tried getting customer support but to no avail.

The TV has a beautiful display I love the Built-in apps easily use HBO Max Disney plus an Netflix for the price in my opinion can't be beet

These TV's are turning into the standard size and make for work conference rooms. Connectivity options are making these invaluable in our environment.

I love my new TV! Would of been 5 if I would of been able to connect to my wireless 5g. I tried adding it and searching and nothing! So I am on regular and I do have to reset every few days!

This was a great price on a name brand TV. Was delivered in a damaged box, but Best Buy exchanged it free of charge. Very happy with the customer service

I waited probably 2 minutes at curbside pick up! Super fast and very easy! I have had no issues with the tv thus far. Quality picture and great sound.

Great tv! App was a little wonky, had to do a manual setup as far as the WiFi is concerned. Other than that it’s perfect! Easy to setup on my own
