Our old tv was going out and we searched the internet for a new tv. I saw this deal on Best Buy’s website, it was the best deal that we saw.

Ordered a couple months ago and have had a good experience with product. Have had no issues and overall great shopping experience

For the price this is a great TV. The only reason I'm not giving this smart TV a 5 star is because the internal video player software doesn't support all video files types. I was not able to play ". Avi" format videos from my hard drive vis USB. This is very disappointing that Samsung would limit this to their higher version of TV's. C'mon Samsung, you're not Apple! We're in the 21st century and your customers don't need to worry about video formats.

The colors on this TV is excellent. It could do better on the grayscale parts, but for its price it holds its own. Even at 60hz, you barely even notice that telenovela effect. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a TV for sometime. We read the review on this one and it was good. We do have another Samsung and so we bought this one.

When taking off the mute the speakers thump even on low volume What’s up even the older Samsung I have the speaker’s thumps

Great price for a 55" tv for our farm house. fast shipping and always reliable Samsung. On sale and we took advantage of that.

I had a problem with the volume of the TV where the sound would go out and you had to change inputs or restart the TV for the sound to come back. The TV also wouldn't turn on at times so you'd have to unplug it to restart it before it would turn on. These issues have been happening since I purchased it so I am exchanging the TV for another brand/model given the issues that it's been having in just the first year.

Great picture clarity. Had to change the picture brightness settings after install to suit my room and looked great after that.

This purchase was very easy as I arranged it from another stte. Best buy did a good job making sure the package was delivered.

TV works good for regular use. Having problems with the down button working on the remote and app, Samsung will be coming out to try and fix it.

don't be concern that it only has to HDMI inputs. A small box is available to handle as many as you need and is a lot easier to swap inputs.

great picture, easy to hookup. For the price we got it we are thrilled. The 4k is quite a great picture. I recommend this television.

You always can't go wrong with Samsung TV. With all the smart TV nowadays, quality always comes 1st. Great clarity and fast response is a must.

My favorite tv I have ever owned. Love the HD and the smart capabilities. Also love how it can be plugged up directly Ethernet.

Awesome for gamer's! It's hdr is fantastic and I will probably never go back to a 1080 tv I will probably buy another in the future
