We bought this TV at the beginning of the pandemic since we knew we'd be home for a while and wanted an upgrade. It's been a great TV - fantastic image, easy to use interface, lightweight and sturdy. One area for improvement would be the number of ports in the back. We'd like to add speakers, but are limited here. Recommend getting the Geek Squad. The TV just started to squeak when we turn it on and takes several tries. They are coming out to look at it next week.

Awesome 55 tv for my daughter apartment complex with a TV stand that I also bought from Best Buy. The Tv is only 55 inches because she is living in an apartment vs living in a house where I bought a 75 inch also from Best Buy. I highly recommend buying from Best Buy with the Best Buy credit card so I have the option to pay 6 months even though I will pay it in 3 months since they have 0% interest rate

This 55 in is a really nice TV, great picture simple remote with all the buttons you would need. After over a year it hasn't given me any problems. I like this TV so much, that I'm thinking about giving it to my grandsons and buying the 75 in version of this same TV. Definitely a great buy. Took these pics from 28 feet away

This tv is everything for the price! I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It’s huge but the picture isn’t distorted because of it. I love it.

The quality of the tv is amazing. Very clear and bright. Works well with all my products. Bonus feature that I didn’t know, I can use AirPlay from my Mac and iPhone.

The TV has been a great upgrade from our old one. Picture quality is great, sound is great when used with the sound bar. I have zero complaints other than the TV did not come with mounting hardware to mount to a wall mount. I didn’t realize was not included and had to scramble to find the correct hardware needed.

I bought this TV for my living room. It is the best decision I could have done great sound and picture. Was very easy to set up.. Samsung really has the best TV.

Excellent 4K television! Only drawback is the refresh rate is low. Fast moving scenes get a little blurry.

The picture on the tv is amazing, love laying down at night in my room & catching a movie or basketball game. Was easy to set up & definitely coming to buy another tv!

We purchased this tv in April an absolutely love it! We are even considering to purchase a second tv for our guest room. The best purchase we brought while being on lockdown during the quarantine pandemic.

Great Tv for the price picture is nice love nearly everything about it just wish there was volume and input buttons on it for when the kids lose the remote!

TV was easy to install and looks great in my space. The picture is crystal clear and volume Is sufficient without a sound bar. Delivery was seamless and with care.

I love the TV itself. Picture is great, TV features are easy to navigate. Remote is well laid out. I love using the smartview feature with my Samsung phone. However the reason for the 3 star rating is that after using the TV for only a week a purple vertical line has appeared in the middle of the TV, along with a green horizontal line. I have gone thru all the setting, reset the picture settings, updated the firmware. The lines still remain.
