    Overall pick up was easy. However, it went down hill from there. Got the 55" home, the box looked like it had been hit with a forklift. Huge hole in the box. Got the TV all set up and didn't work. Returned TV next day to same store and the circus began. Person at the door said they would bring return in, stood in line to return and TV never showed up. Went back out to car and brought TV in, stood in line again. The exchange TV the clerk brought up looked the same as the one already purchased. Box looked like it had been through a war zone and had the same type of hole in the box. I proceeded to TVs to get another one and after examining 2 more boxes on shelf that were damaged finally found one that wasn't. Brought it home and it worked fine. Also, when 2 TVs were picked up no one checked out order or any sort of Id, kind of mind blowing with the purchase and it was during the holidays. However, lots of complaining heard about work.
