    The sound went out on this TV it’s cuts off and comes on like an old record skipping or something. This is deeply disappointing, this paired with poor employee interactions and follow through I may have made a big mistake spending my time and my money with BestBuy. I’ve had to deal with so much. I’d like to know why the sound keeps going in and out. I checked to make sure it wasn’t the streaming service the internet connectivity and or cable and devices and it’s none of them which is annoying because I have an appointment for the TVs in my home to be wall mounted. So bestbuy how do you plan to address this issue? Selling products that are defective? The time to rewear the tv disconnect and put and load in the car and bring to the store is out of the question. I need a new tv delivered and installed and the old one taken back. Be careful when purchasing equipment from BestBuy. If this matter is finally addressed professionally I’ll gladly update the review to reflect the service received.
