About every 20 minutes or so the screen goes dark for about 5 seconds. Very annoying. Only had the TV for a few months and now going to have to get it fixed! Otherwise, happy with the picture, etc.

I wanted to upgrade my 43 "dumb" TV, and this was the largest size that would fit in my car. Sometimes the sound goes out and I have hit the source button to change from HDMI to TV and back again to fix it. Otherwise, it's adequate but even on sale it was overpriced.

Terrible image quality

The shines was off. But I was willing to over look it. It was that small. Now I’ve had Samsung TVs. In fact I keep it All Samsung; TV, the Sound bar and the blue-ray players! I was replacing one of the Samsung TVs that I’ve had for years!! Which was the best TV I have ever owned. I went I got the TV, I set it up super easy. Loved the interface and then watched a little TV. It didn’t matter if it was a movie, or a TV show or the News. The image quality was terrible. Not even comparable to my last Samsung TV. The text on the news stations was not smooth. The letters were pixelated and shaky almost like a child's handwriting not straight or smooth at all. The people did not look right; they looked fuzzy and out of focus and almost pixelated at parts. It was like in some parts like the should was the focus point but the faces were out of focus or the hairline was fuzzy and strange looking. It parts of the screen reminded me of those old tube tvs mixed with led at the same time. It was just totally off. I had a friend that recommended model cuz he purchased a couple years back and loves it. So I don’t know If I got a lemon or what. But packed it up and returned it. I’m not happy about wasting my time. But most of all I am I disappointed with the image quality because its not even comparable to my last Samsung TV with I can’t tell you how much I love and wish I could by that one again.
