    I would actually give this Tv a higher rating but the pixels started turning off and it gives my tv some white spots. I only had it for less than a year before it starts doing that.

    These days I guess you need surround sound to enjoy movies, the sound is not so good and brand new out of the box the voices and sounds rattle vibrate when it's not even that loud. I bought a surround sound and keep the volume low.

    No noticeable difference picture wise from my old westinghouse led tv which is 6 years old. Picture is ok. Not all that impressed. Wish I saved my money and or bought a cheaper priced tv. Average overall TV

    Very disappointed with this TV. I specifically bought a Samsung because it streams Spectrum channels without having to buy Roku or some other device to allow streaming. This tv has the app built in yet will not work half of the time, is very slow or freezes. Prime doesn’t work half the time either. The speed and function of this tv leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend and will not by Samsung TV again. I have a Best Buy brand tv with the built in fire stick, cheaper tv but works much better, the picture in dark scenes is not good though.

    Every morning when first turned on after about a minute it goes mute. I have discovered the only remedy is to unplug it and plug it back in. When plugged it turns itself back on and sound is back.

    The Samsung-55" is very complicated to operate. It is also slow when I press a button or make a command. I would not buy this TV again.

    The picture and the audio quality are good. But, it has poor responsiveness. Sometimes the apps like Amazon prime, Netflix, youtube doesn't work. I have to power off and power on for the apps to work again. When I contacted Samsung, they said to upgrade the firmware and the reset to factory settings. I already tried them. Then, finally they said that some models are like that. I don't understand why they manufacture such models if they know they might have issues

    Quick easy setup, I use it for my home gym. Only con is that the remote is not the most responsive and does not have the best layout but past that great tv and minus the no Bluetooth.

    I have all Samsung TVs and this one has an issue with the optical sound output. I called customer support and was on hold for an hour and never got the issue resolved

    Something defective with this series because when I turn on the tv the sound shuts off after 1 minute of power on. Then I have to switch sources to make the sound work again.

    Need a service call, it fades in and out. It’s not the only smart TV we have but won’t stay connected to our internet, we have to hard reset at least 3-4 times a week

    Picture quality and sound are good. It’s not user friendly. It comes with pre-added apps that take up 2/3 of the memory. You can’t remove these apps and the worst part is when you power on the tv it automatically starts streaming an app called Samsung plus which is a bunch of free low budget TVs & movies. Spoke with Samsung directly and these can’t be removed. Would not recommend.

    This TV has a decent picture overall. At times it looks a little washed out. The speakers are terrible. It sounds like they are playing through a pillow.

    Not the best but okay for a second tv. Sports games are okay but have ghosting in action plays. Movies in dark rooms are not great due to poor contrast controls.

    I really tried to like this tv It's my first Samsung and the experience hasn't been good. The Tv is not operating normally. There are times we have no picture on the screen. This usually happens when the device is off and turned on. 2 of 3 times we have audio and dark screen, no image. We have to deal with this daily. We are also having connection problems. On Sunday for example the Tv didn't connect to Wifi most of the day when other devices are connected and working fine, even our older tv.

    My tv went out so got this on a whim...big mistake. After two weeks it started to act up, a light gray bar will flash on the right side. I couldn't get the warranty to go into effect because the flash is so quick I couldn't confirm whats wrong with it. Picture quality is less than my HDR tv that went out (a LG that i bought 2 days AFTER HDR was introduced) and sometimes the USB doesn't even detect HDR on my ps4/xbox. IMO...poor quality and wouldn't buy another.

    Limited Audio and Video inputs and outputs. Low sound volume, have to turn audio almost all the way up for decent level. Other than that it's a Good basic smart TV.

    Bought this 55inch UHD during Black Friday at a very good deal ($329) but the excitement ends just there. Brought it home, noticed a static white strip occasionally appearing in the middle of the screen Every once a while. Bestbuy was kind enough to exchange with another set, this thins one is giving a greenish hue to the background. Colors look fake. Don’t have the stamina to return this one now. Remote is equally disappointing. Highly dissatisfied with this cheap Samsung tv.

    I often have to unplug the TV for a few seconds and then plug it back in, in order for the TV to come on. Otherwise, it a good TV but not great.
