    Great TV but I can’t get my Dish Network remote to pair to it. So having to use two remotes. Life is hard-lol. Maybe an update later will fix this.

    Have had this TV for about a month. It works good but the picture is not as clear as I had expected it to be. Smaller words on the screen are hard to read.

    when I first got it the sound was great but now I have to turn it all the way up. At this rate in another month I'll have no sound at all.

    The picture is good, but when you go to turn it on it takes a few seconds, the apps take a while to open to. This is definitely the worst Samsung I’ve bought, I have a Samsung 75 q6 in my living room and it works great. I put this one in my bedroom and I’m already thinking about replacing it

    I have a glitch in my screen and Samsung has tried to fix so now I’m waiting on Best Buy to come replace it.

    Stand to big,can not get tv close to wall. Only 2 hdmi's. There is no pin plug in,for rc cables, for audio out, for sound bar, or bose system.

    We have to keep turning it off and back on, because the sound gets lower and lower. When you turn it off then back on, it gets louder.

    Not a very bright and colorful picture, the apps sometimes would not work and tv needed to be turned in then off, but not bad for what I paid

    This Samsung 4K UHD replaced a Samsung plasma TV. I was very excited to see the tremendous difference in picture quality. It didn’t happen.

    Some times the tv performance decreases. Expected to be inbuilt chromecast like other tv’s. Functionality time delay from remote to tv.

    The TV has already went out. Im not sure if it was just a bad one or what. I didnt get a protection plan, so my bad on that.

    Bought this television for the family room, needless to say I was not happy with the performance the black colors during gaming or movies were"pixelating"or moving around,during dark scenes which was quite distracting.Returned it and got the 7100 series much better choice for an entry level 4k television.

    It’s alright sometimes the photo / movie has a little blur not many would notice it but I down graded tvs so it’s noticeable to me.
