    The salesperson lied to me about the importance of the refresh rate. He also said there was something else built into the TV to stop any drag or poor quality picture and that's not the truth. If there's a snow storm or sandstorm on the screen I've never seen a more confused TV as to what colors to put out.

    Its a fine TV for what you pay. The menus are slow and the connection is not strong, but its also not $1000.

    Terrible tv. I have only had the TV for about 2 years and the sound has already stopped working. Also our remote stopped working about 6 months after we bought the tv and when we contacted Samsung they did nothing for us. Will never buy another Samsung TV ever again.

    I would have taken this tv back and got another one. but no one told me about you only have 15 days to bring it back.

    The reason I gave this as Average was for the following reasons. It only allows limited Excess to Apps on the TV.

    my TV went out so I had to get one this TV is not the best but it will hold me over until I get my new OLED

    I returned the other days. Legs screws were missing in the packing. The picture quality was also just OK.

    Bought this TV in September 2019. I’m starting to think Samsung products are not the way to go. I clicked to turn it on, there was a loud pop, & it wouldn’t come back on. This is not the first Samsung tv, we’ve had issues with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

    I'm not sure what the issue is, but the tv is constantly freezing, and the apps don't work most of the time. It feels like everytime I turn it on, I have to restart it. Additionally, there is lack of Apps that are available--unlike the Roku smart tv I had previously. I was trying to give it some time, and in doing so, I missed the 15 day window to return it. Otherwise, I would've done so.

    I purchased the TV and had it mounted in a bedroom. It has a decent picture but not as vibrant as I expected.

    TV is ok. The biggest issue I have is that for some reason the tv contrast goes really bright to really dark when watching tv shows. I want to return but since the box was thrown out and its too much work to load up in a car, I ended up keeping it. Some good things is that you can download apps and I can watch Netflix, Prime TV, Pandora and YouTube without needing a firestick.

    My 3 year old ku6300 model that broke and got this to replace was like 3 times more advanced as their newer model. Remote is like from the 1990s. Need to buy an 8000 series to get the same remote and features as the 2016 6000 series. Makes no sense

    Having trouble with the sound. Called you guys and you said it was the cable companies issue. This should be replaced by you because while waiting for the new TV, the old one had not issues w the same cable.
