    Smart tv did not work wirelessly but it was open box so all they wanted to do was make me spend more money or I was sol just get a refund but by the time I found out I gave my old one away so I would have had no tv so I took my broken one home :.(

    This product was supposedly certified open box item and after returning home and connecting all attachments. After approximately a week of use, I noticed one panel on the TV has a tendency to go out. Meaning one panel from the top to the bottom of the TV just turns black/staticky, then goes back.

    I bought a two year Geek Squad protection plan for my tv which they said “covers damage,” very misleading. Well, I’ve only had my tv for about 6 months and the inner screen broke. Anyways, I went back and forth with Samsung and Geek Squad for a month and they were really nonchalant about the whole ordeal. They will not replace it so I’m out of $500. It’s crazy how Samsung is worth 520.65 billion dollars and they can’t replace a ‘broke college kids’ tv. I will not buy a Samsung TV again nor will I buy a Geek Squad protection plan ever again.

    Great picture but that’s not enough. It wouldn’t keep its connection forcing me to constantly re-enter router password. None of their guidance helped much like many other reviewers stated. Not worth the time, returned it. The LG i bought to replace it is great in all ways.

    This is my 4th Samsumg tv and the quality of this one is poor. It doesn't turn on with the remote 50% of the time. I have to unplug the power source and replug it in for it to turn on. I wouldn't buy this model again.

    speakers much better than expected. Blacks pretty black. Picture very crisp and clear. For 500 you can't beat it. Just wish they'd quit with the bloatware. kill their ratings till the madness stops

    I purchased the TV while on sale. I had unexpected surgery. I couldn't take it out of the box until after the surgery when my Daughter came to visit. Found out the Best Buy has a two week return policy. Thank God Samsung is good, reliable, and honest. They came and fixed the TV, no thanks to Best Buy. Next time when I need a product like this I'll buy it at Costco, I can trust them to take back a broken TV.

    It might have a good screen and picture, but the user experience (UI/UX) is plain awful. To find Netflix or cable- you have to jump through hoops- it's like DOS 5 versus WIndows 10.
