    I bought this tv and had horrible luck with it. Maybe it was a one off but the tv kept freezing and would only work after unplugging and plugging back in. Returned to best buy.

    It died just after the warranty ran out! first the sound quality failed Then the power supply was on and off .. finally it wouldn’t come on the repair cost was more than the TV! BUY the Warranty

    I am an invalid and stuck on a couch. All I have is tv. The sound is terrible. I have to turn the volume to 100! To hear but still all that I heat is mumbling. I need a tv I can hear and understand what is the talking is about!!

    Two stars because the price is good and it BT movies from my samsung phone, but the interface is subpar and display adjustment absolutely doesn't dial in to make the picture any better.. the 4ktv didn't show any signs of hi def! Whats up with this tv?

    Picture on this TV is ok however the sound is horrible. If you buy this TV expect to get a sound bar. I had to exchange it for another model with much better sound quality. The geek squad and Best Buy were kind enough to exchange it for no charge.

    I bought this tv in june because ut was in stock. Was waiting for my garage to get done to get it out and put it up. Well gyess what it dont work the hdmi caonnections will not read ANYTHING... so now I have a tv that dont work and I cant get help with. Called samsung several times nothing they will send a technician. Well no one has shown up yet. Called best buys basically its my problem they said. This is crazy. Guess I wont be buying samsung no more or using best buys.

    This TV is absolutely awful. Every single app is insanely slow especially NBC and Movie Channels like HBO and Starz. Many apps are unsupported on samsung TVs including NBA TV, FX, and more. The apps with live motion events such as ESPN, as well as any time you try to screencast, the picture is blurry and sped up. Typing on the TV is also slow and impossible and the phone app costs a hefty fee for a full remote. Would do anything to return this TV.

    I bought this T.V as a replacement for my old sony living room t.v. This t.v is programmed to automatically revert back to the HDMI port and crashes the xfinity streaming app over and over while watching t.v. This only happens with the two samsung televisions I purchased. All other sets in the house run fine with the streaming app. I now have to hook up a ROKU streaming stick to this 'Smart TV" to get the Comcast streaming app to work. Will not buy another Samsung TV.

    It's May and we have been using it since December. it's becoming a lot laggier and slower when we first got it. And every so often, it will blink a glitch line down the screen. It gets annoying at times.

    The screen is nice and picture looks great but the operating system is terrible. I won't be getting a Samsung TV every again. I have to unplug it every few days because it freezes.

    To begin with I am a loyal Samsung customer. My previous TV which was 46' was also a Samsung, and it lasted seven plus years. The only reason I do not have it, is because I wanted to upgrade to a 55' smart TV. Bringing me to this Samsung 55' UHD LED NJ6900 series. When it arrived the setup was actually roughly is ten minutes. All you do is screw in the two bottom legs. Then believe it or not you can download "Smarthings" app to your cell phone and it works the volume of your tv and it also sets up the TV it is super easy. Now when we finished setup, the moment of truth how did it look and sound? AMAZING!!! I kid you NOT It looked as if it was 3D It is really spectacular. Also with my old TV if I wanted to watch Netflix I had to take the TV remote and swich HDMI Imputs . From HDMI 1 To HDMI 2 Here with the new TV you don't do that. Its less complicated. If you want to watch TV I hit the ATT Button and that takes me to Uverse and the shows and programs that are on the TV . So lets say I want to watch Netflix or Prime Video, I take the TV remote and hit the Home button and at the bottom of the screen all those apps appear, Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video , Apple TV and Youtube TV I totally recommend this tv you will not regret this purchase. With my old Tv the shows I had to raise the volume because it was hard to hear anyone. This one has some seriously outstanding sound!!! I LOVE This TV

    I am an "Old Guy", 78 years old. Before this TV I had a Sony Bravia plasma TV for about 13-14 years. It was simple to operate. This new TV was NOT simple for me. I had to finally give up on this TV. My daughter bought (from Best Buy) a "WESTINGHOUSE ROKU" TV and brought it to me from Austin (30 miles). We set it up. I can operate it much easier. We then returned the Samsung to Bastrop Best Buy. I must commend your Bastrop store manager. She was very understanding. I will never forget it. Frank Williams

    TV has issues with downloaded apps like Disney plus, Amazon prime, HBO Max, etc. Will buy Samsung tv again. I have had similar issue with Samsung’s platform performance before.

    Junk, volume goes up and down while watching. 17 days after purchase, i was told nonreturnable. Would never purchase from Best Buy again.

    Disappointed in the picture quality of this tv. I know it is Samsung’s entry level television but I was still hoping for a better picture. I returned the set and got a higher quality one.

    The size is good but the flow of turning on and handling the volume and source gets jumbled at times. I am sure it is just a setting. But picture not as good as expected from Samsung

    Bought this tv and it worked fine for 2 days, it then kept turning off and turning back on by itself. I exchanged it for the exact same tv and it did the same thing. Returned it and had to pay 250 more dollars for a tcl 55 inch roku 4K smart tv. I love what I have now but am a little upset that I wasn’t compensated a little bit for the trouble I had to go to. Not sure if I’ll buy a tv from Best Buy again.

    Interface is not user friendly. Difficult to hang from a universal mount. Had to order parts, so the TV would hang from the universal mount.
