    Tv barely lasted 2 years before we lost the green and blue on the screen. We didn’t purchase the warranty so CAVEAT EMPTOR. We would have to pay 199.00 for an extended warranty and 50 for a service call and they still don’t guarantee they can fix it. I’m done with Best Buy. This isn’t the first time their products have not lasted for more than 1-2 years.

    Bought for my grandparents, and this TV has been a total letdown. 2 hdmi ports in 2020? Come on, Samsung!

    I have other Samsung TV's in my home that work just fine, including one I purchased about a month prior to this one. However, from the get go, it was hard to set up, had sound issues, the remote wasn't responsive when I used the onscreen menu, or there was something wrong with the TV itself. So after a couple of weeks and resetting it, I returned it. Purchased an LG and I am very happy with it.

    TV works fine but it will not run ANY APPS. I can't watch Netflix, Hulu, PLEX, Prime, HBO, Starz, ANYTHING. Obviously this is not the individual accounts since they all work on other devices but will not work on this TV. I tried to contact care and all they say is that it is the individual apps. It is very obviously not.

    Sound quit on first Samsung tvOS the first week The second Samsung sound was also low and quit after 10 days.

    This television is not a very good one. Only 2 HDMI inputs. That takes up my cable box and Roku. If you have any additional HDMI your going to have to buy an external input multiplier which will take up an electrical outlet plug. Also this screen began displaying vertical lines every 20-30 minutes when watching which is very annoying. Again AVOID at all costs this tv is junk

    Don’t bother. I moved and had this resting against my dresser. My daughter accidentally bumped and it tip about 3 inches back (didn’t fall nothing), the corner hit a cardboard box and the inside screen was shot. I was 2 months over warranty with Geek squad “protection plan” and they did nothing
