    The TV constantly shuts down on it's own. It has free tv channels included, which is nice, but quite often their is no service and an error message pops up. The Netflix app no longer works and freezes within the first minute of putting it on and then the entire TV shuts down; and when you turn it back on just a black screen displays.

    Constantly freezes/fuzzy picture. Does not support Spectrum or Pluto Apps. Very disappointed.

    When it works, it’s nice. However, the sound will randomly cut out and the tv will turn off without me doing anything. It’s very frustrating because I bought it just 2 months ago.

    Tv not connecting to wifi

    I bought this TV two months back and I am having hard time with it connecting to wifi everytime i switch it on. It wont connect to wifi everytime i switch on and had to unplug the power and plugin to watch the tv with wifi. I saw few customers reporting same problem with samsung but no one has a solution to it.

    Radio does not work thru the steering wheel like it' supposed to. Mute changes channels instead of muting and channel up and down changes source... We paid extra to have these features work and they don't. Only ones that do work are the volume keys. I bought this system with the costlier hook up because Best Buy said it would work....

    Absolutely a piece of trash!! Purchased this TV November 29, 2019 and the backlight went out. $225 to repair so we bought an LG to replace it with a warranty this time so it probably won't break down haha. Best Buy brick and mortar store does not take calls which is irritating.

    This was the worst TV we've ever had. WE bought this TV, it has a glitch. WE tried to get GEEK squad to to come and see if they could fix it, the TV would not GLitch while they were at our house, so they would not do anything about it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER>> STILL GLITCHING

    TV only lasted a year and some change before completely useless TV doesn’t come on makes a weird noise Also the power button is broken. Completely fell off! Disappointed in Samsung seeing as I only used to buy Samsung products

    bought the tv, brought it home and hooked it up, within a couple days tv shut off and would not restart. had to unhook and reconnect tv for it to work. returned and upgraded to a 7 series

    Purchased 3 tvs. Power cord was missing. Emailed Best Buy about the missing cord - no response. Called Best Buy about the missing cord (held on for 26:08mins) and nobody answers... All i need is a power cord that should have been in the box....and Best Buy is of NO ASSISTANCE!
