    Bought this TV 3 months ago. I have had to reset the "smart hub" each month. The only way to stream consistently with this tv is to add a Roku stick to it. Tried contacting Samsung to get some help and just a big run around. I would suggest buying another brand.

    There is a multicolored collection of lines that flicker on the screen every hour or so. It goes from the top of the screen to the bottom and is about 5 inches wide. Some type of glitch or wiring issue. Worst timing given returns cannot be made during this time frame.

    It turned out to be defective. Poor reception, would change to a different station, then it would freeze up & do nothing, & sometimes shut off out of nowhere. Samsung’s are usually good brands, but this was a lemon. We ended up buying a different tv somewhere else.

    It really isn’t a good tv my thing is that it’s slow and the picture quality isn’t what I expected I was hoping to get a 10/10 but nope it’s slow performance glitches and it’s not even 4K UHD I had my old Panasonic for 6 years plus and that looked like the same picture in my opinon Mann smh:(

    Took over a month to get warranty approval for replacement TV. Very disappointed, as I was without a TV for so long. May still be worth it, but with prices coming down, next time I'll just go buy a new TV and forget the warranty.

    Literally bought this tv 2 days ago on tuesday. Died on my while watching netflix. Literally just fried. Wont respond to nothing just a red light flashing. Extremely disappointed to get a brand new tv and have this happen. What a joke.

    I didn't purchase this item this Person RICHARD BROWN, stole my card and ur employees allowed him to pick this item up WITHOUT ID! I am upset off about this I work hard for my money. Then this stuff happens. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!

    Bought this TV in 2020 believing it to be a new model? Wrong this model was made in 2018 and had no Switch for 2G to 5G App with Ethernet connection? Made getting maximum Streaming Capability Impossible!!

    Samsung TV works great except that it has a glitch where the TV sometimes does not recognize the internet connection and you need to reset it. I would research this problem before buying any Samsung TV.

    This TV intermittently lost video and audio. We took it back to Best Buy and got a much better Sony TV.(open box - paid same as for the Samsung. Original price was exactly twice what we paid) Very happy with the Sony TV.

    Do not buy this tv. There is a reason it's cheap. Pay up and go with a 7 or better yet an 8 series. Also have an 8 series and next to each other the different is night and day.

    Tv sound muted itself and has to be reset often, 1/4 of the screen can’t keep up with the rest of the tv as it blurs out, I am for sure returning this piece of sh.. there lines diving the screening in 4, don’t buy

    This TV's CPU is so slow there's a 3 second wait after every button is pushed. It's hard to believe Samsung made such a piece of garbage. Don't walk away, run.

    2 years old and decides to get the huge black line down the center. I’ve owned mostly vizio and Samsung, never had this happen to even a 13 year old tv.

    Tv worked great for about a month then stopped working. Contacted best buy to exchange it and their policy is 15 days. What a joke. Last time I shop at bestbuy. Walmart is better than bestbuy.

    Picture quality much worse than my much older Lg. Image would lag only in center of the tv. Returned, paid more for a better tv. You get what you pay for. Will not buy black Friday specials ever again.

    This was one of my most excited purchases and once I got it home and mounted, it wasn’t compatible with many apps I use including FXNOW, and is not compatible with apple iPhone air play.
