I don’t like it at all Da sounds on it’s is to low I have to put it on a 100 To hear it n had to go buy a surround sound system for it.. will never buy another one like that..

I havent used it yet. When it was delivered, the box is not fully sealed. Im not sure if it was bought and returned. It is still in our loft . Im going to open it when i move.

tv mutes itself and TV has to be unplugged to reset, never got it fixed due to Covid 19 and not bringing it back in. So I think I have bought my last TV from Bestbuy.

And it don't have a store warranty on it I am not satisfied with this TV if I had to buy another one from you I would not and I would not recommend anybody else about

Have had this TV for exactly months and it is not working. TV turns on then screen goes black. Have tried doing a soft reset and it still will not work.

We received a cracked TV. The attempts to exchange for a new one was unsuccessful. We ended up having the cracked TV picked up and we were refunded.

I’ve had this tv for awhile and it is great! High quality graphics and great sound. Easy to connect and use.

Horrible tv. Sometimes it wont turn off. It constantly makes a clicking noise. Doesnt matter if tv is on or off and it keeps me up at night

Only a few months owning the TV and the screen no longer shows a picture. The lighting goes in and out and if there is a picture it moves in slow motion.

Hellow. The TV is not working good. Have some problem with the light. But with this virus I’ve been able to change it. What i suposed to do?

The tv went out with in twenty four hours of being delivered. I felt Best Buy customer service was very poor. I will not shop with them again

This is a brand new TV. From the day we got it, the sound has been erratic. The sound goes dead.

Garbage tv. Does not last very long. Had more trouble with it than I did with the box TVs from years ago.

Poor picture with viewable artifacts, new out of the box. We returned it and Best Buy exchanged it for another TV! Thanks Best Buy!

Great tv with an outstanding picture. The motion speed could be better. The spectrum app is currently having problems and that is a major issue for me as well as others. I called Spectrum twice and they are blaming Samsung for some of it. I believe it’s Spectrum’s software due to the fact I have two other Samsung tv’s. Both are using an older Spectrum app and they work flawlessly. The lastest Spectrum app is obviously the problem. One rep told me that it should be fixed by October first. I just wish you could download the older app. Ok with all that being said about the Spectrum app let’s go over the tv. The picture is fantastic! Beautiful colors and really looks good. The motion speed is an issue but can be adjusted to improve it. Just google it to resolve the problem and they’ll walk you through it. It’s pretty easy. The smart apps are easy to use, but not having 5g is a disappointment. 2.4 is fine but having both would be better. The remote control on this model is their basic remote control. Straight forward and easy to use. No complaints here. The sound is also pretty good. This tv is in my bedroom so a small room where I don’t need a lot of sound. There are minimal amount of connections so if you are thinking about gaming, dvd/Blu-ray player, sound bar, or other additional outputs you might want the next model up. Gaming and older DVD players will require inputs that are not available on this unit. This has limited connections. Hopefully this will help some of you thinking about buying this tv.

Tv stopped working after 6 weeks. Good news is I’ll be able to return it so 5 stars for Best Buy and 1 star for TV.

I bought two flatscreen tv @799 each and one of them the changes to a fuzzy neon and it freezes . I better get this replaced !
