Right out of the box, the TV works great. Picture quality is top notch. I’ve spent a lot of time reading and watching reviews on this particular tv and for the most part it had great reviews. I don’t notice the minuscule screen quality issues that pro reviewers mentioned. To me, the TV screen looks phenomenal. I was even pleasantly surprised to hear how well the speakers sounded, and I own a Pioneer Elite receiver with premium Infinity tower speakers so I am familiar with quality sound. The only concern I have is now is that I learned there’s an issue going around with sound drop while watching movies through HDMI. I didn’t know that problem existed until I had the issue myself when I was watching a regular blu day movie and every few minutes the audio would just cut out for a split second. That’s when I googled the issue and found it to be a common problem with this TV and even other Samsung TVs. I performed a software update on the TV and that seemed to have worked for the rest of that day. However, the next day I put in a regular Blu-ray movie again, which is through my recently purchased Samsung 4K Player (3 months old now) and the issue happened again about 4 minutes into watching the movie. I have never experienced this ‘sound drop’ problem before this TV purchase. I tracked back a min in the movie and it hasn’t happened since but I’ll be looking out for it for sure. If it becomes a regular problem, then I’ll just return the tv and it’ll be a disappointment for my experience with Samsung because I’ve only ever owned Samsung televisions and blu ray players for the last decade.

Remote doesnt seen to allow input option to go to apps.

The TV is clear and a perfect size! It starts up quickly and loads fast

TV was pretty good except for occasionally it would turn off for no reason. I had Samsung look at it and they said it was a bug in the system and it could not get fixed.

I have owned this TV for about one year now. Easy installation and set up, visuals look great but may need some fine tuning. I did have a couple issues with some of the pre-installed apps, namely Hulu, when trying to watch shows. Have not had any problems since. I think it is worth the money and is a good value TV for someone that's not inclined to get a higher end one.

Sound error on our first shipment of this tv, but it was quickly replaced after we reported the issue. I highly recommend a protection plan

Was great until the center backlight went out. It's still usable, so it's in a bedroom

Had the TV for 4 years, then we had a loud pop, smoke and it was dead.... up to that point it was fine.. nice picture quality, good price, but disappointed it only lasted 4 years.. my Sony Bravias (2) are both going strong after 18 and 8 years respectively... so replacing this with another Sony,,,,

Both my wife and i being on Social Security we waivered for some time needing to replace our old rear vision TV. Cruising around Bestbuy we ran across this Samsung TV for 379.00. A smooth order and quick delivery by Bestbuy was made. Wow quality and picture was absolutely much better than expected. Thank you Best Buy and Samsung. Who cares if its a 2018 model, its wonderful. Many kudos.

I Love this TV! SAMSUNG is a great brand, and i have never had any issues with this product.

Worked great until it didn’t. Purchased in May 2020. It completely died in March 2023. This TV is in a spare bedroom and is only used when guests stay overnight, which is not often. I would suggest buying a different set as this one will not last long. Very disappointing…

Bought this tv two weeks ago and have had nothing but frustration because we use Hulu. Hulu does not work well on this tv. I tried different fixes I found online but still glitching daily. Trying to figure out if it is Hulu or the tv. Hulu worked fine when we used Roku with our old tv.

Still great with no problems 4 years later. The little pop up that shows up when you turn on the tv is annoying but that’s just samsung for you. It goes away after a few seconds and has great picture quality.

Great Price, Perfect specs for what it will be used for. Delivered a few days after I ordered it-awesome. However, two dudes in a Budget rental truck pulled up to my house. One opened the back of the truck with only two TV Boxes left on their delivery. NOTHING was tied down. Think: top heavy TV's, bouncing around a Budget moving truck, and I have to give this as a Christmas present. I only buy Samsung, and I can't plug it up or open the box til X-Mas. I will change it to 5 stars when I find out the screen is not cracked or it survived this delivery. It will go to zero when avoidable breakaged happened.

The picture is incredibly crisp, that's the only good thing about it. The apps rarely work and when they do they are very glitchy. Also often times the volume doesn't work at all. You have to shut the tv off several times. The samsung tv feature is cool. Many channels to choose from. This tv has been an absolute frustration!

Tv was perfect and great picture quality. Only problem is the remote behave abnormal now in Aug'22.

I purchased this TV Oct 2020 and its just received lines and pink all over screen. Its Feb '23. Far shorter than the 7-8 years Samsung said it should last. Only nighttime use, 2-3 hours max, and shut off prior to falling asleep. More throw away things! I've always owned Vizio branded TVs. At 1/3 of what this costs new. They last until they're so outdated, I give them away. Fingers crossed for my other Samsung in living room.

Samsung - 55" Class 6 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV Perfect size. Great picture!

Has a nice picture great color but have only had it less than a week and it's got a glitch on the screen and a grey pixelated bar pops up from top to bottom on the right side if screen. It's not permanent on the screen but just happens. Not happy of course just bought the tv and it started. Always have purchased Samsung products cause of quality. Seems to have gone down hill and that's to bad especially when people are spending hard earned money on these products.
