Due to an excellent response on how to do business in this situation the Suprise AZ store manager and employee went above and beyond to help us put. We felt safe and are now enjoying our TV

Picture is great, TV features are easy to navigate. Remote is well laid out. I love using the smartview feature with my Samsung phone. However the reason for the 3 star rating is that after using the TV for only a week a purple vertical line has appeared in the middle of the TV, along with a green horizontal line. I have gone thru all the setting, reset the picture settings, updated the firmware. The lines still remain.

There are good clarity and depth definition. It sits nicely on top of our library table. We feel good about our choice and the price point.
