    I originally got the 6 series on sale for my mom but arrived with a cracked screen. She returned it and they offered her this one for 90 dollars more cause they didn't have the one she got in stock, plus they told her it was a better model. She's had the TV now for a couple of months with no complaints.

    Bought a year ago. Speakers started randomly "popping" after about 4 months. Now the screen has been turning black on both sides, leaving a narrow clear area in the middle. From what I've read online, this happens a lot and isn't even fixable. Glad I didn't waste money on warranty, would rather apply to a new TV. It won't be a Samsung. Please don't send me links to "fix", not interested.
