I haven't been able to access it and no one at Best Buy seems to know how to help. I can't get though to Sling TV because I work for a living and can't call during their weekday-only business hours. Seems like bad customer service on the part of both Best Buy and Sling, advertising a promotion the customer doesn't actually get.

It started with a black shadow line on the left side of the screen that moved to the middle, then back to the right side. Then it wouldn’t turn in at all. 3 years is just not worth the Samsung brand. I’ll look for another brand next time.
