Viewing angles are horrible.

I sit about 11 feet from the tv my couch is about 9ft long and off center from the tv so if I sit at the end of my couch that is the furthest from the tv and at about a 25° angle the color drops off dramatically & it is not something I want to deal with & yes I know LCDs have bad viewing angles compared to OLED but the TV I had before purchasing this one was not this bad at all & it was a 12 year old LG LCD. Needless to say I will be returning this tv.

Bought brand new High-Speed HDMI cables rated for 4K, still crappy. Motion digitizing, blurring, judderring. After several hours of working with settings, I’m bringing the TV back. It doesn’t have the 4K look, but i’ll stick with my HD Vizio.

The TV fits the room perfect

The tv that was replaced was an LG and they synced just fine. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. What help can Best Buy provide?

Here are some trouble-shooting tips that may help solve the issue:
1. Make sure to use a good quality, high-speed HDMI cable.
2. First, turn off and disconnect all HDMI devices. Then connect one side of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT (ARC) on your Soundbar and the other side of the cable to the TV’s HDMI IN (ARC) port. Note that both sides of the cable have to be connected to the port labeled “ARC”.
3. Power on the TV first, then the Soundbar.
4. If still no sound, check that both devices have HDMI-CEC enabled. On the TV, go to Settings > General >External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI CEC). You will have to check for similar settings on the Soundbar.
5. Finally, you may need to check if your Soundbar supports the audio file format sent by the TV. To improve compatibility, you can go to TV Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Format and set it to “PCM”.
