    bought this 55 inch samsung tv to replace my old samsung that suddenly stopped working after 15 years.this tv was very easy to hook up and program the only issue i have is when i had to mount the tv to the wall there are no srew provided to attach the tv to the wall bracket the old screws fom my old samsung are too short so i had to purchase some M8 , 45 screws

    It has trouble connecting to my wifi for some reason. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to work almost every time. I have fiber internet and the router is close to the TV. The picture quality is great and playing Xbox games on it is spectacular. There is a dead pixel in it. Which is disappointing when you buy a brand new T.V and hang it up. It has the potential to be a 5 star TV but it falls short due to the internet connection and dead pixel. I'd expect this from a Vizio or some low budget brand tv but not a Samsung.

      Please know that Samsung is aware of the issue and will be releasing a firmware update soon as a remedy.

      Meanwhile, we recommend that you reboot your TV as a temporary fix.
      Please unplug the TV’s power cord and re-plug it in, or press the power button on the remote, holding it for 5+ seconds to restart the TV.

    Love this TV! We had to upgrade our tv after my Vizio M series of a little over a year decided to completely stop working. We are VERY happy with this new tv! The picture quality and sound is top notch. So much better!! Highly recommend. Only negative is that the remote is a bit clunky but that will take no time getting use to!

    If you love the picture quality of Samsung tvs AND you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, this tv meets both criteria. I put this in my bedroom and it’s been an excellent tv. I did purchase a different stand as the one that came with it was too wide for my dresser that the tv is on.
