Samsung productions especially their TV are the best. The quality of the picture and crispness and color are great. Have several of their products and never have had any issues. Highly recommend anyone that wants a superior product to buy Samsung.

When I needed to upgrade my TV to a new smart TV, the Samsung - 55" Class 7100 Series LED 4K Smart Tizen TV came in hand especially that I only paid about $400 for 55" Open Product which is my favorite shopping technic

Honestly I haven't found a flaw with the television yet. I purchased this TV after my old 32 inch died and this was worth every penny. I highly recommend it if you are looking around for a new TV and even more so if you have a Samsung cell phone or tablet.

Purchased as replacement and wanted to have a TV which has the Apple TV as part of the smart feature build-in. This was one of the view which did. Picture and sound are good, smart menu is easy to use ... highly recommend in this price range.

I brought this TV for my mom who is in her 70's. I liked how easy it is to set up!! She only has to deal with the one remote. She never has any issues. If she does she calls me and I walk her through it. Overall for the price I paid it was worth it!!!

This TV changed my life....4k is a whole different world and if you dont live in it, then youre missing out....This lightweight tv has made my gaming and tv viewing exciting and i cant say that enough...Best TV ive ever owned

I have had the Smart TV for a year and a half. The picture quality is perfect and the Smart TV Technology is much more than I expected. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new TV at a fantastic price.

Love this TV as it was perfect for me. I don't game or stream so I didn't need anymore bells and whistles more that this set already had. Perfect for watching sports. As a note my cable provider suggest a Samsung as it support their technology.

I purchased this TV on sale as a bedroom set, and it truly is a phenomenal value. Picture is great, clear and crisp. Satisfies all my needs. Game mode is great as well! Smart features work flawlessly. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!!!!

We've owned this TV for almost a year and figured it's time to share our experience with potential buyers. Our original panel had a edge lighting flare that made enjoying a widescreen movie almost impossible. We reached out to Best Buy and they said we would have to contact Samsung for a warranty claim. Samsung decided to replace the panel (basically the entire screen of the TV). After only a few weeks, the NEW panel has already failed (see pic) with about 15%- 20% of the screen going black. we contacted Samsung once again and rather than offering a refund, they want to replace the panel AGAIN. I mentioned our concern about having another repair tech in our home during a pandemic and they said sorry, no exceptions can be made. So in summary, I definitely can't recommend this model of TV. We have been a loyal Samsung household, but I think it's time to consider some other brands moving forward.

I purchased this television for my father and I was able to hook it up myself without the Geek Squad. The installation process was simple and not complicated. My family and I enjoy the picture and all the apps that this smart tv offers! Thank you,

only had tv for a few weeks but seems to be working fine. the picture is amazing! had a smart tv before so I’m still adjusting to the home screen menu on this tv but if it lasts longer than 1 1/2 yrs (which my last tv did not-roku) it’s a win!

This is an inexpensive tv, with easy set up for WiFi and smart apps.

I love Samsung tvs. This tv has a clear picture, but requires a sound bar to get the full sound effect. I like for the tv to be loud, because I am hard of hearing. The tv is lightweight and was packaged nicely in the box. I could have gone bigger in size.

Awesome picture, HD quality is great. Blow away how all DVD/Blu-ray movies in our collection, look like different movies on this screen. Add a Samsung soundbar and rear speakers and you have full home theatre experience.

This Tv is truly wonderfully. The quality of the picture is very nice, the size is perfect for what I need, and it mounts well. I have not played any games on it so I don’t know how it does in that capacity, but I would definitely recommend this tv.

Tv looks great. It is really nice quality but I have my Xbox plugged in and every time you turn the tv on the Xbox also turns on. Or if you turn the Xbox off it takes a few minutes and you could switch to a show. Once the Xbox finally turns off it seems to control the tv to turn off. I wish it were smarter than that but this is a know issue.

Great picture at a reasonable price. Looks great with a PS5. My only complaint is that the brightness adjustments don't much, which can be frustrating if there's a lot of light coming in through windows during the day.

Needed to replace a 15 year old plasma tv so I automatically went to my Best Buy app. I like Samsung’s so after some comparisons I chose the 55 inch model. The picture is so vivid and sharp. Tv’s have really changed! Thank you Best Buy!

I’ve had this TV for just about a month now and I have zero complaints. Sound quality is good, picture quality is beautiful, and the tv itself has a sleek design. Another perk is gaming in 4K resolution and having a decent refresh rate.
