This is the 3rd Samsung TV I have purchased over the past 10+ years. I love the TV and the brand, couldn't have been any simpler to link the new smart TV with all my app accounts.

55” is just right size for 2nd tv. It fits nicely on wall of living room. Picture is sharp with clear sound. Offers chance for others in house to watch different shows. Easy remote for on/off and other options.

My old Samsung was still working great, but unfortunately did not support the latest apps and so I had to upgrade. Fortunately, this excellent new TV was on sale and I am very happy with the choice.

Our old Samsung was no longer accept my tv remote or the button stoped. We had no way to change channel so went out and bought this very quickly and have no complaints. VERRY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE!

Excellent purchase. I was looking for three HDMI inputs and this one has them. My devices automatically connected to the remote and television. Great picture and sound quality.

Samsung always gives me quality. Great screen size for my needs. The volume could always have more bass. However this tv looks amazing!

It does everything it is supposed to and with a very clear and bright picture. It is compatible with other Samsung products and will be voice activated when the last of the equipment is in place.

Upgraded to this TV from a 10 yr old Sony Internet TV. Huge improvement in multiple ways. Startup was simple, and had it hooked up to my fire cube and sound bar in no time flat!

Great TV, great picture, great price. We paid for the t.v. We also paid for the removal of old t.v. Still waiting for Best Buy to pick up the old one. We’re patiently waiting due to the “virus”.

It may not be the top of the line, most technologically advanced model on the market, but for the money, this TV is wonderful for its size. Clean and clear screen and slim nice looking exterior!

This was a great tv and a great value but wasn’t bright enough for the room it was in. I ended up returning it within a couple days and went with the QLED to pick up a little more brightness for the room. If you have a lot of sunlight in the room this may wash out too much for you.

My visit this time started with returning some products I had purchased for some previous TVs that I did not wind up using. Griffin was working the customer service sounder that day, and the ease with which I was able to return, with no questions asked, is what will remind me to keep shopping there. After the return, we went to check out the TVs. Kyle was there, and Joe came over to check in. We were given information on several different TVs so we could make the best decision fo what we needed it for. Kyle was professional in that he did not try to sway me toward a specific product, reassuring me that they are not in the business to push a product, but to inform the customer on what will work best for them.

I’m happy with the performance of this tv except for the location of the channel receptor. I have a sound bar that blocks the remote channel selector unless I stand up to use the remote. The location of the receptor is in the very bottom center of the tv. It should be at the top.

Nothing to complain about. It’s a very nice tv for the price point. Only complaint is I bought it open box and it did not list that it was missing the power cord but that’s on BB not Samsung.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TV TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IT HAS A GREAT SOUND SYSTEM SHARP PICTURE. I LOVE THAT YOU CAN PROGRAM IT TO TURN OFF AT ANY TIME YOU CHOOSE EITHER WEEKLY OR DAILY.

Purchased this so grandchildren could watch in different room and play XBox. We ended up changing it to our family room because it has such great sound and picture. Great value for great TV

I am happy with my purchase. It took me some time to decide which tv to get, didn't wat to spend a lot. Great tv for the price. Very sharp, excellent colors, volume is good and beautiful slim design.

Nice T V it could use some audio out using RCA plugs. The remote is a little too small for my hands. Hook-up was easy the TV pretty much knows what to do. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

I’ve never had a smart tv before, but I can say I’m glad I made my first a Samsung. This tv has everything that I could ever ask for honestly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking a tv.

The 55" Samsung we purchased from Best Buy is awesome. The picture and sound qualities are great. Still learning the remote, along with our Direct T.V. remote, and feeling more comfortable day by day.
