There were some glitches in the beginning because it kept kicking off the internet as some reviews stated but that was easily resolved by calling Samsung customer service directly. They state to unplug the TV for 3 minutes and plug back in, and reconnect network settings. This "resets the internal factory settings" as stated by Samsung customer rep. Anyway, it worked and haven't had problems since. The picture will blur or freeze in some spots while you're watching but it's minimal. Overall, TV is great, features are awesome, and customer service exceeds!
