The quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectation and it was extremely easy to set up. The fact there was online support made it even more appealing. Bravo Best Buy!

NO LEGS, NO STAND, NO REMOTE, NO POWER CORD. even though Best Buy says its open box item in Excellent condition comes with all components

We cut our cable bill out earlier this year and having access to Samsung TV for free helps us stay aware of local news updates as well as great TV show options.

Exactly what I needed

I didn't even look at any other brands. Samsung worked excellent for me so I went for another. It's a very good price! Has all the things the more expensive brands do.

However for some reason when watching my TV the sound will leave and I will need to change to channel and then go back to the original channel I was watching to get sound. Very odd. I've only had the TV for less than 2 months. Very unhappy with the sound problem but love the picture.
