    I have no idea how this TV has high reviews

    Reviews are kind of baffling on this TV. I have 2 of them, a 50 and 55". The high reviews must not use any of the smart features. If you plan on doing that, do not get this TV. It is PAINFULLY slow. My 10 year old Vizio Smart TV's in the guest rooms are faster than this. It's extremely frustrating.

    I can't figure out how to use it so I am not using it very much. Even my husband can't figure it out. I had hoped that buying a universal remote would resolve my problems - instead it just compounded them And when I do use it I have to listen to that very annoying "bot" voice announcing every little thing - including every little rise or lowering of the volume.

    Took a chance and purchased an Open box that said excellent condition. Of course i get it home and no feet!!!! What a pain to repackage and bring back to store. RECOMMEND HAVE ASDOCIATE OPEN BOX AND CHECK FOR CONTENTS P RT IIR TO LEAVING STORE!!! NOT HAPPY!! Not worth it!!

    Dear Best Buy, my brand new Samsung 55 in tv stopped working today. I first had dimming of picture, than no voice than a totally black screen. I thought it was Verizon connection and after 2 hours with Verizon tech support, I was told that it was a defective telev. Calling Best Buy in morning to ask for a new t.v.

    There is a popping noise coming from inside the TV. Also, the front screen has been scratched. I am in the process of returning this TV and having a replacement swapped in its place. I hope the new set is much better, although this set was all disappointment.

    won't update software, some streaming channels won't work properly. Pandora is silent with no fix. I work around the whole mess by using it as a host for my Roku device.

      I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues updating the firmware on your new AU8000 Crystal UHD TV.

      If you are unable to update the firmware via WiFi, the latest software version can be downloaded from the download center on Samsung's Website by selecting your TV's type and model. If the version on the website is a later version than the one displaying on your TV:
      a. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      b. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      c. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      d. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

      Try to use the app that wasn't working before and see if the problem has been resolved. Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

    This TV has some type of manufacture defect . We had one and returned it and this one has the same issue. When on standby it just starts randomly clicking/knocking, not overly loud but enough to hear when your trying to sleep.

    We have had this TV for two month and it needs a repair due to a bad board.

      I am sorry to hear that you are seeing screen abnormalities on your new AU8000 Crystal UHD TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

      If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. For assistance with additional troubleshooting steps or setting up a service appointment, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
