Samsung is a quality TV with excellent color and a very long life. I never buy any other brand than Samsung. The customer service from Best Buy was excellent. They arrived at my home at 8:30 AM, and the two men who delivered my TV were terrific. I plan on purchasing another Samsung from Best Buy for my guest room. They have the best competitive prices of any competitor out there.

You get what you pay for!

I'm not happy with the picture, it wasn't very clear. The sales person I spoke with helped me over the phone to return the TV and purchase a better model. I was happy to find out they would deliver the new Samsung and take away the previous purchase. Pay a little more and get the quality you expect. Everyone has been so nice and helpful! I wouldn't think of purchasing anything electronics at any store other than Best Buy. They're great!
