    My old 2016 samsung tv is very simple to use, but this 2024 model is too complicated for my parents, the interface is a nightmare, all they need is a simple button to change to HDMI 1 and it takes ten steps to get there, i dont want to see the smart interface or hub after turn on the tv. The tv itself is good, but dont buy it for older people or you just want simple platforms.
