    For the price the picture quality is amazing. The built in Tyzen software is very slow and sometimes unusable. Would recommend using a fire tv connection or apple tv 4k with it.

    Decent Pic, But buyer beWare, This TV does NOT have an Optical port output! So if you wanted to use ANY sound bar with an optical input, you'll need an HDMI audio extractor. First TV I've ever seen in this era without that port. Used with a SONOS Ray and had to get the extractor from my AV distributor. Add $65 more.

    My 95 yo mother ordered this tv from your Ft Myers store and included the Geek Squad delivery as she is mostly blind and selected this model for its size and picture quality. A delivery date was selected, as well. Two cancellations on two different days for unacceptable reasons led to my mom cancelling the order due to complete frustration. She ordered the same tv from a competitor, had it delivered and set up, and is now enjoying the tv. You all showed the worst of Best Buy
