    I'm really disappointed in this TV. The first one I bought had sound issues from the very first time I plugged it in. You had to turn it up to 80 (out of 100) for it to have a normal volume. Within a month the sound went out entirely. I exchanged it with the same TV, and now that I've had it for 5 months, I'm really disappointed with how many issues it has staying connected to the wifi. None of my other devises have this issue, and my internet is stable. The TV also frequently doesn't seem to be able to load the apps and/ or the show that I'm interested in watching at that time. This is across apps (Netflix, AppleTV, Max, etc). It's my second Samsung tv and I'm very disappointed in this tv. Guess I won't get a third.

      We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
