    Needs better instructions for set up. Lacks detail for older generation. Since you don’t have installation any more it is more complicated. I know we are not using all the functions available.

    I’m liking the TV a lot. The set up with the remote is not intuitive and took a long time to set it up because of that. However, after all the connections were complete, it’s been a joy. The 55” screen is great.

    Great TV for the price. Very budget friendly and the ability to cast videos from your phone as well as the other online features are really cool. It blew me away the first time I turned my TV on in my apartment while I was at work.

    Claire Young TV is great. Internal software could be a little bit sharper, but I did get the mid to low range model… Works in the integration of all my smart home devices working from one device

    I purchased this tv to replace a old Samsung that i have had for years. This one okay but doesn't do well with my regular tv antenna. Its says air tv but always go to Samsung plus stations. Otherwise great tv.

    TV is great! BestBuy service is really bad! they had to deliver to the apartment , remove package. Nothing was done. They deliver to the mail room. No service. What I paid annual membership for? Buy Buy BestBuy! my next purchase of TV or appliances will be in different place!

    We purchase all of our business TV's From Best buy. They are always in stock, and we get quick delivery. It is also nice that there are so many locations as we travel all over the US for our installations!

    Great product with a good resolution. Don’t like that it doesn’t have an audio out which sucks for sound bar but Bluetooth works decent so far

    For the price that was on discount - I think this is a great TV. It’s nothing crazy but the display is crisp, works well and no issues so far! The best feature is the adjustable stand for folks who want to set it on a desk.

    I came in because my tv went out after 3 tears i was very disappointed. At first when i found out my warranty had expired i was very upset . But the person that helped me with my purchases was very good. And treaded me well .

    This tv is a replacement for the last tv I had. I broke in 3 yrs time. HOWEVER , I did get a free replacement. I do have to turn up the volume to hear it / It is an okay tv
