    TV is crystal clear and works.. great tv, no issues. Sound could be louder. I need to turn it up to 45, 50 to hear like the Super Bowl halftime show..

    Had to get a new TV didnt need anything crazy just a nice cheap TV. Fantastic TV better than my last samsung will continue to get all my TVs for home and businesses from Best Buy.

    Purchased this TV just over a year and 3 months ago and it’s broken beyond repair already. I will NOT be buying a Samsung TV ever again. While it worked, I really liked the picture display and clarity. Unfortunately it cut out mid-watching TV and now I am stuck with a black backlit screen of death and no display picture. I’ve been advised by Samsung that the best option is to buy a new TV. Really disappointing.

    Tv was great I just do not like the new menu. I loved the old Samsung menu but this menu was enough for me to get rid of the tv I couldn’t get used to it.

    Don't care fo rear speakers. Power cord too short. Remote is lacking. Otherwise picture quality is excellent.

      Hi KennethP,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    Love my new TV. However, sometimes I have to reinstall apps as they get frozen. Not the best interface but the quality of the video is good!

    For an entry level priced TV this one is pretty good. Has the free Samsung channels via internet like my LG has. Taking 1 star off for brightness. Have in a bedroom so no problem for me but might not be best for a bright room.
