    Apps glitch out a lot, which wasn’t an issue with the old TV. Remote is terrible. The picture quality is fine, it’s just kind of a pain to operate. Delivery man was excellent, though!

      Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are having with your DU7200 TV freezing when watching streaming apps.

      For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your xxx TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

      Finally, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      Also, please know that you can learn how to use your Samsung Remote directly from your TV by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

    Samsung TV is nice but I was disappointed that it does not have the digital optical on this tv like my last Samsung. I am hearing impaired and I use expensive insignia head set and now I can’t watch tv in this room because we can’t connect the headset to it. Waste of money in my opinion.

      Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most Best Buy stores!
