    I LOVE this TV! Sadly, my screen broke, but I will be repurchasing a new one because the display, speed and overall layout of this TV is so good. Only docked a star because the sound could be better.

    Image was grsat it ran fast but the power supply on it was fried in less than 6 months. I payed nearly 400$ for this and some how my tv from 2010 has outlived it. Im vwry disappointed. On top of that getting some one out to repair it under the manufacturer warrenty is nothing short of unbearable.

    Not a fan!

    I had high hopes for this TV after I returned a ROKU for terrible picture quality. This one was actually bad too. I was having to change the picture clarity for each streaming platform I was using and also the brightness. Hotmess! Set up was way easy, but I spent more for hopefully better quality my third time around.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:

      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
      4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
      5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
      6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

    Best Buy cannot deliver on time

    My delivery got pushed out two weeks because they didn't put enough TVs on the truck to deliver to everyone that needed one. I will never order from Best Buy again I missed out because of this policy for the Best Buy cancel them.

    Keeps on restarting and sometimes doesn't turn on,although its been updated to latest software

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue.

      Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement.     I've received my TV damaged three times due to poor delivery. The supervisor at Chula Vista Best Buy was unhelpful and rude.
