Great quality, great overall. Only periodically that it will disconnect from the Wi-Fi where I have to reconnect it but not a big deal. I would purchase again.

Purchased this Samsung 55" tv for my mother-in-law. It has a perfect picture quality, sound and ease of use. The remote was too small but was able to get a universal remote which was easy to set up. I would recommend this TV for the elderly.

So far this has been a stellar purchase. I have five TVs in the house. This was on sale and was extremely inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting much but it outperforms all the other more expensive TVs in the house. Excellent purchase.

Easy setup and great picture quality. Just wish it had an optical sound port. That said, Samsung TV Plus channels more than make up for the lack of an optical sound port. We own 3 other Samsung televisions so we are obviously sold on them.

Had an OLED in the bedroom and the screen broke. Wife and I didn’t want to shell out $1200 plus so after a fair amount of research and option weighing pulled the trigger on this TV. We were honestly shocked at how good the picture is given the stats listed. Will it win awards watching 4K movies over higher end models absolutely not. Are you looking for TV and movie viewing and casual gaming? This TV more than fills the need. The remote is very solid and compact. Looks and feels a lot like an Apple TV remote, and much more expensive feeling than expected. I really couldn’t give you a reason not to buy this TV unless you are looking for the latest and greatest home theater setups. As a side note on the brand I’ve been a Samsung TV owner since 2005 and they are ALL still operational today. I can’t say the same for the one LG I owned and the Sony OLED this is replacing.

I am very happy with my Samsung 55 inch smart tv. It was so easy to set up. I have been buying Samsung products for a lot of years and have always been very satisfied with every purchase. The picture quality and sound is very good and the remote is easy to use. I will continue to buy and recommend Samsung products.

Very good color and sound at this price range. The included Samsung TV software gives you lots of free local news and movies. Overall a great value. The remote is a bit simplistic with no numeric keys. Can buy an extra Samsung compatible remote as addition.

Fantastic television. Many thanks to Best Buy for the professional advice and especially the price. The clarity and colors are great. Very easy set up and the stand that comes with it was a bonus. Staff in store was very helpful and they lent me a dolly to bring it out to my car .

Just what we were looking for. Clear picture and easy setup.

Decent picture and audio for general use. We watch Live TV, Peacock, Paramount, and Samsung Live. Also have PC through HDMI port, and DVR through component cable. I hate the remote, takes a lot of reps to use without getting lost, why no channel return function?

Had the Samsung for over a year. Great tv picture quality is awesome. Never had any issues. Just a line appeared in the middle of the screen called and got a replacement right away. I still choose Samsung.

I love my new TV - the picture is so crystal clear and it was so easy to mount on the wall. The only qualm I have is the remote - it is hard to control the volume on the remote because it doesn’t look like the old remotes with the volume and channels buttons.

Doesn't have USB-C port and doesn't connect to chromecast devices. Image otherwise is decent. Ok value for the price
