    We bought this Samsung because we were familiar with Samsung and very happy with the one that finally went out. It has a good picture. Wasn’t bad to set up. Everything is streamed, even Direct TV. The sound was not as loud as our last Samsung. We ordered a Samsung sound bar with a woofer. Looks like a neat set. We are confident it is compatible and have great sound. ( We are elderly and don’t hear well).

    Great picture, was easy to set up and easy to operate. We bought the Samsung - HW-C400/ZA 2.0 Channel C-Series Soundbar with Built-in Woofer - and it fits directly under the tv.

    I spent probably 2 months researching tvs and finally landed on this one after my nerves settled, and man it was a good choice. My eyesight is bad so we upgraded to this tv which is bigger, and the quality and sound are off the charts. Took 5 minutes to set up and we’ve not had any issues at all. Absolutely fantastic purchase.

    This Tv has a nice picture. Easy to navigate. I’m not a huge fan of the remote but you can download an app which I find easier to use. Also my old Samsung remote works with this tv. I have Roku that I’m using with the tv and I like the extra Samsung stations (live tv) available.

    I definitely needed the upgrade. This is my first Samsung TV and wow, the picture is amazing! The apps available on it are so much more of a variety than my old tv had. Also, as a samsung cellphone user I was able to link my samsung account to it. Overall, great purchase. Will definitely be getting another one to replace the rest of the tvs in my home.

    My son’s cat knocked over the tv I bought him last year & Best Buy no longer has accidental damage which I didn’t realize when I bought it. Since I asked my son to take the stray cat, who moved onto our porch & my 70lb boxer was allergic to & afraid of (that’s my big scary boxer lol), I felt obligated to replace his tv. He said it’s the best tv he’s seen, looks & works beautifully & easily connected to his phone perfectly. He’s very critical of electronics so this is high praise from him
