Wonderful 3D Experience

Also, love being able to download Samsung Smart TV app on my phone, turns my phone into a remote for my TV and surround sound!

Embarrassing sound and picture quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought one of these to replace a 3-4 year old 52 Samsung 750, and needless to say I am completely blown away at how terrible the picture and sound is. As to the picture quality, all of the colors look washed out and faded. This is even after messing with the settings for hours on end. I just can't state how horrendously disappointed I am with the picture quality. My old 52 inch Samsung completely decimates it in terms of vividness of colors and picture quality. The sound is very very bad. The speakers started crackling on some movies. I could not believe that a modern TV like this would be able to crackle, why isn't there a better equalizer? Totally disappointed. One thing I will give it though, is that the features are pretty nice. The "apps" they have on the Smart TV system work great. I watched MLB.tv and went on Facebook / YouTube and it all worked fine, other than the afore-mentioned picture and sound issues.

Good picture, horrible sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality picture but be prepared to buy a sound bar because the audio quality is horrible. You need to crank the volume up on most shows to even hear the dialogue. Unfortunately my speakers blew 2 months after purchasing this product so I now need to spend an extra $400 on a sound bar. Disappointed.

Picture looks fake
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My only complaint is the picture looks fake. We purchased this to replace our 50" plasma. I like the fact that it doesn't put off the heat like the plasma did, but the picture quality sucks.

Failed Internet features & extre poor tech support

However, it does not work. After so many calls to the Tech Support, the issue was never resolved. Each SAMSUNG level 1 support person gave me different answers. It was completely waste of my time for nothing. With tremendous effort, I finally got to talk to a level 2 (versus Level 1) tech, he could not get his TV there to work either. But, there is neither solution, nor promise to look into the issue, What is the solution?! I am forced not to use that feature at all. I did not try other features using the Internet. Do they work? I don't know!
