I have 3 new Samsung flat screens, all purcased over the last 2 years and having been a Sony customer for 20+ years; I switched from Sony to Samsung at the last minute before writing up the order. Everyone should have a Harmony One remote..Sony served me for all those years, no regrets, but I'm enjoing my Samsungs.
